Tony's Pizza — Restaurant in Waupun

Ordered a large stuffed Hawaiian Pizza for pick up. Small pickup area had 5 - 6 people waiting. Dining area was busy. The staff was working quickly and doing a great job being productive.

There was some confussion on my order with two stuff crust pizzas being in at once. They decided I was the second order and had just a few minutes left. I waited patiently and when my pizza was done I quickly exited the area to make room in the pick up area. (Two delivery drivers and three customers other then myself at this point)

When I got home I left the pizza on the counter for a bit, when I got around to cutting into my first slice I discovered it was not a Hawaiian Pizza. It is a sausage pizza of some sort. The phone is not being answered anymore at 6:50 on a Saturday night. (I heard something about a large party and reserving the whole building).

Waitress, appetizers, and cleanliness was great, no problems there. The quality of the actual main course was not what it used to be years ago. The Meat Sauce was very watery/runny and almost completely flavorless. Most pastas with meat sauce rely heavily on it to provide flavor, so it was enough to make almost everything purchased flavorless and bland. Kids pizza was not made anywhere near the standards of what is done for full sized pizzas and my daugher wouldnt even eat it after trying a couple bites. Tonys Pizza was always a great go to place years back that always had thick flavorful sauce, what i experianced last night was a dissapointment to my memories of what used to be a great restaurant. Eva, our server was absolutely amazing! She warmly greeted us as we entered Tony's Pizza, seated us right away, and gave us our menus and drinks right away. She had a gorgeous smile on her face the entire time and checked in on us on a regular basis. The food was great and it was nice and hot. I would go back just to even support Eva. She is that awesome of a server. There is not any amount of a tip that will do her justice. Thank you so very much for your wonderful service. May you be truly blessed.
