Briq's Soft Serve — Restaurant in Wausau

Went to use their restroom. Someone was in the bathroom no problem. I waited. And employee came out and she smiled and greeted me. I went into the restroom. The sink had dirt on it it was filthy. There is absolutely no place to hang your purse and you didn't want to set it on the floor because the floor was so nasty. Garbage was overflowing. There were two full rolls of toilet paper. But they were literally touching the floor. ( Which was wet ) When I was through I want to wash my hands, and then try them. To no avail there was no paper toweling. Thank goodness the door lock worked. I said something to the employee. She said oh somebody must have left the water running. Oh yeah and the paper toweling dispenser is broken. But I did just fill the toilet paper rolls. Oh and somebody must have filled up trash can. ( You think? ) Also I don't understand how you all don't have cockroaches or something running around there. With all the ice cream stuck to the tables and the floors makes no sense to me. This one was by the fleet farm in area Subway area. And if you notice the one down by the new WOW. It's just as bad. Decided to meet in Wausau for ice cream to return our granddaughter to our son. Had two cups of soft serve ice cream that was good at 11:00 when they opened. Bathrooms were another story. Men's room had overflowing paper toweling all over the floor and no paper towel in the dispenser. When I told my wife this she said the women's bathroom was in the same shape. There were two people on duty that I could see and I did see one of them went into the women's restroom while we were eating our ice cream so was surprised that at least the women's bathroom would have been in good shape with an employee having gone inside. From prior experience bathrooms are either cleaned the night before or before opening...

Saturday afternoon (6/7) they only had 2 girls working the drive thru and walk up line. We waited in the drive thru 22 minutes and there was only 5 cars ahead of us. If they can't staff properly, they should only have the walk up open. But the main point is, Briqs your going subject 2 teenage girls to that stress? They were very stressed out and rattled,I cannot blame them. I felt very bad for them and disappointed you would subject two kids that environment. There should be labor laws protecting teens from that environmentment. If you can't staff properly, put measures in place so those kids don't have to endure...
