Really disappointed in this place. Time and time again the wait is ridiculously long, the order is typically wrong, and the staff are rude and unhelpful. Because of the previously mentioned issues I have avoided coming to this specific location for a while. Today I figured I’d give it another try. I waited in line for about 20 minutes with a three-year-old. When we finally got to the register, I asked if the barista would be able to reload my Colectivo card. She said no because the new app doesn’t allow that. I explained that my app wasn’t allowing me to select the card I had saved as a payment method and therefore couldn’t load my card. She basically said there was nothing she could do. She didn’t offer to look at my app or offer any troubleshooting suggestions or even a number to call for issues like this. She didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or anything. So I had to put my two pounds of coffee back and leave. I guess I can’t patronize this company until they figure out their app, because why pay a ridiculous amount of money for the coffee if you’re missing...

Despite me filling out forms online and m person it appears hat my points are simply lost — I spent a lot of $ accruing those points. Further, in switching over you wiped out my reordering, my reloading and most other things. Last but not least, I think the online ordering is definitely less efficient and more frustrating. There are multiple Stone Creek Coffee houses nearby that make a very good beverage and this experience has prompted me to use them instead. This was a major cluster-
To their credit, about 10 days later I was contacted by someone up the food chain in Colectivo who had reviewed my complaints, who was polite, courteous and genuinely wanted to make everything right. But by then cold brew is done for the day. Also, the cashier must not really know her drinks cuz I ordered an espresso with a splash of heavy cream, but the drink came without any cream. When I asked the barista for the cream, he just pointed to the half and half sitting on the self service counter. When I asked for heavy cream instead of half and half, he said they don’t carry any. I’m not sure if he was lying or they had run out, but I thought I had gotten heavy cream from other locations before. But oh well. The cashier should have told me that when I ordered already. Don’t take an order for something you don’t have. She was nice though. The barista was not.
