How is this place still open? I ultimately lost my money. Look at the picture. I ordered and paid online. It said 1 hour wait. Fine. I did some shopping and headed to pick up my order 55 mins later. When i got to the restaurant i saw it was packed, i checked my app and noticed that my order wasn't even started.🤦🏾♂️ I waited an extra 20 mins in the car. And nothing changed. I tried to cancel the order just to find out that i had to call customer service. But customer service was closed. So i just left and then 20 minutes later i checked the app and it said it was in the oven almost 2 hours later?!!! So i headed back to the restaurant. And it was still packed with the same people. After 30 minutes. I finally was able to get the girl's attention and asked about my order and she saw my app and said it was still in the oven because they never updated the status so she had no idea. My order was still in the oven an hour later???! I waited until 8.PM listening to everyone complaining about the service. Still nothing changed so i left. I decided to check the app again at 9, because they close at 9 pm And at 8:53 pm it said they packed up the order. 8:54 pm it's ready. And at 8:55. I supposedly got it. 🤦🏾♂️. I left at 8, they never made the order and lied about it. Almost 4 hours for a pizza. How can you lie when your own app shows this. I should have known better when I walked in and saw a bunch of young girls listening to ratchet rap working behind the counter. And as I read through the reviews just to find out that this is common for this restaurant location. A lot of people complain about the service. If I would have known that it was a bunch of girls working there I would have never ordered. It's like they don't care. They weren't rude, they just seemed lost. Whenever there is simply men in the store, the places run great. Soon as they add the young hair hat wearing girls. It's all chaos. No wonder you see so many videos of people fighting in these restaurants. This place doesn't even deserve one star. I hope I can get my money back in the morning, and they don't give me the runaround. That picture should speak for itself. Edit: after trying to reach customer service for a few days. Read moreRecent poor experience. I placed an online order, the pizza I received was not the order I placed online, it was a pizza that had been sitting in the warmer. The pizza provided was not hot and I went in to ask for my pizza that would have a sticker label to ensure it was fresh and made for me at the correct time. The young woman who was behind the counter asked for my name and again gave me yet another pizza from the warmer. The pizza was so old you couldn't tear the slices apart the crust was hard and just was not pleasant to eat. I usually wait long wait times for food at this location however, I started ordering online to ensure my pizza would be prepared fresh. This location needs to be placed under new management. I'm willing to travel 10 or more miles for a fresh pizza at a location that respects customers hard earned money regardless of how much the order costs. The employees are a poor reflection of management and training. They lack customer service skills and food service is expected to have food that is edible and pleasing to he appetite. I will be telling the community not to purchase food from this location and contacting the health department and BBB. The Department of agriculture trade and consumer protection should also be aware they are not doing business up to Par. Perhaps closing its doors will be best. The staff need to have better attitudes and communication skills working in a retail trade. Communication is key. If a customer explains they did not receive the food they paid for and the food is not hot it is the responsibility of the business to provide fresh food or return payment for the food. I'm sure they wouldn't feed the food they serve customers to a dog. I can't compare this establishment to any pizza restaurants as it has lost its luster. This was a single large pretzel crust pepperoni pizza and italian crazy bread. Nothing huge. Nothing extravagant. A pizza and some bread.
Arrived at 6:50. There is no hot box...just bulletproof glass. Inform the cashier I'm there for my food. She says "It just went in the oven, it'll be done in a few minutes."
I wait until 7. Ask another cashier about my order. He looks at a screen, walks around the store, comes back, invites another cashier to look at a screen, at which time they both share a worried glance.
He tells me that it'll be just another few minutes.
After five minutes, he tells me and another customer that we can grab a 2-liter for our troubles. After another 10, I finally get my food.
That's a grand total of 50 minutes from the time I ordered a single pizza and crazy bread for PICK UP, and the time I was able to walk out of the store. My only consolation was an "I gotchu bro" and a 2-liter of diabetes.
