Overall, highly disappointed. I would like to start out saying that the cheesecake we tried was absolutely fantastic. But after multiple attempts at trying to order a vintage heart cake, we finally got one ordered and it was visually so beautiful! But after spending a pretty penny on it and struggling to even get it ordered, I just kinda expected the cake to also have flavor/taste halfway decent too. This had to have been the WORST tasting cake that a group of 5 people who all agree, have ever had (but again, it was visually stunning). The cake was supposed to be a strawberry lemon flavor but it didn’t even have a hint of any sort of flavor. The crumb was so dry and dense it wasn’t even worth eating. Not sweet, not tangy, not fruity. Just a foam tasting, pretty photo prop. Probably would have been better off getting one from Walmart. We did follow the instructions on the care card and waited until the cake got to room temperature so I don’t think it was due to...

Atmosphere is great and the cheesecake is good as mentioned by others, but mentioned as well is how the ordering process is unorganized and unprofessional. I was quoted one price for a graduation cake and invoiced another after talking to the owner for a month about what I wanted. Communication is horrible. The owner did not even attempt to call to work out the details on the order and that's not good for business. Reply to the owner: No ma'am, that is not how things went. I not only inquired 30 days prior, I engaged with you from that point on doing what you asked of me which was texting you the pictures. I kept contacting you by calling and you let your son respond for you. Never once did you pick up the phone and CALL as I asked to a couple of times to try to finalize anything. Moving forward, I hope you try to correct the things that are pointed out in the reviews as it seems I wasn't the only one with issues...

How DELICIOUS can you get?! From their home made coconut cream to their organic sourdough (try the Jalapeño cheddar) i have never had a single bite that was not perfectly divine in MOUTHWATERING nature! Make SURE... to try the STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE BITES. I guarantee they will heal what ails you, my friend.

The entire staff is so sweet and kind. Katie herself seems like she should be on some sort of Gordon Ramsey dessert show. The coolest family run bakery l've ever been to. Will definitely be back......
