Omar's Mexican Cuisine 2 — Restaurant in Waxahachie

Ate here w/a party of 100+The place was reserved for us. Fajitas were served. The food was very tasty. The problem was there was literally less than 2 ounces of meat dished out onto my plate because it was served buffet style by the employees. I am a very light eater so the issue was NOT my expectations on portion sizes.The person that came with me also was given an incredibly less than child size portion of meat. The chips and salsa served were also very chintzy portions. It’s great if your food taste good, but if you’re not giving anybody hardly anything to eat, they don’t want to come back & I won’t. Not for any reason.This place ought to be ashamed of the lack of decent sized meat portions especially for what they were paid...

I work out of a town a lot and I couldn't be happier when I say this place hit the spot. Top teir food and even better margaritas. The atmosphere was relaxing and the staff was wonderful. If you're like me and want a place to decompress after the day, this is the place....

Was there fie breakfast . 11:30 not busy. Food took forever to get. Wish they would not clean tables with Fabalouso. I want to smell mexican food when I walk in. Not cleaning chemicals. I noticed this at the up town one, too. Don't get me wrong . Love Omar...
