Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Waycross

We were told to sit anywhere and not shown to a table after waiting by the wait to be seated sign for about 10 minutes. There was plenty of seating as there was only one table taken so I'm not sure what was taking so long to seat us. The restrooms were very dirty and staff acted like they were just hanging out with friends when I let them know that they needed attention. Server took about 10 minutes to get to our table to even ask for our drink order. Took another 10 minutes to come back with drinks all while tucking one of our cups in close to their armpit then left before we could order. Finally came back after about 10 more minutes to take our order. We repeated order twice before he left to put our order in. Brought our first pizza out without anything to serve it with or plates to eat on. Had to ask for both to be brought out. Brought second pizza out and proceeded to also hand me my plates that he had tucked up under his armpit. Then never came back to check on us. Had to go to the front to talk to them because both pizzas were wrong. Asked for a super supreme didn't get half the ingredients on the pizza. The other was supposed to be Alfredo and chicken got a buffalo chicken pizza instead. Supposed manager, who was also our server, didn't know how to fix the problem and still tried to charge me for the pizzas because my son took a bite out of his before he realized it wasn't the right pizza. Ended up paying $16 for our 5 drinks and left. Will not be back ever again. I would give it 0...

We always eat Pizza Hut pizza, but the last 2 times, we had trouble. The pizza is good, but I don't know what is going on at the counter. I usually carry out, and the time before last, we got all the way home, when I received a call from Pizza Hut that they charged me $32 for the wrong order. My son overpaid by $17 for one pizza. I had to get back in the car, go back to Pizza Hut, run my card through to get a refund and get the correct charge. By the time I was back home, the pizza was cold. The last time, I was pulling out of the parking lot, and was stopped by an employee. This time, they claimed they had given me the wrong pizza. She took my pizza, and came back out with another one, but...I had to wait an extra 15 minutes because they messed up my order, and only made half the order of chicken wings I ordered. I giving one star for this particular day because I spent $35 dollars for burned food. I went into Pizza Hut on Plant Ave. Waycross Ga. to pick up an online order that stated it was ready but when I go to pick it up from the restaurant it wasn't ready and ended waiting another 30 mins for my order. The reason for this post is the 2 pics accompanying this review. The pizza had dark burned spots on it but it was eatable and my son devoured it so it was alright. As I said the pizza was eatable but the cookie was given to me this way and I was upset because the chocolate cookie is a fave of mine and this is not the first time I have received a burnt cookie from them. I have been going to this PH for years and will still patronize this restaurant beside the people that work there are nice but I just wanted it to be known that giving paying customers burned food is...
