Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Waycross

The majority of my visits to ANY Dairy Queen has been great experience. Enough to overlook the expectations of the cashier flipping my N.Y cheesecake blizzard. When I mentioned the first incident " hey I guess I get a free blizzard" the DQ in Ocala stated " they don't honor that advertisement". I let it go. But I later realized I can slurp the melted blizzard from the side of the cup.

Then recently the DQ in Waycross had my N.Y cheesecake blizzard covered with a lid. However, my partner order the Health blizzard. The cashier turned the Health blizzard upside down to show up the thick, richness, of the blizzard. It was perfect. I drove away, and open up my cheesecake blizzard and it was similar melted. Which explained why mines was covered.

However, I do frequent DQ to purchase food, ice cream cakes and blizzard. My toes always wiggle from the satisfaction of my order.

SO I don't complain about the flipping of the blizzard. But, I do expect it as well as the promise of a free blizzard if it's not flipped.

I guess my cravings outweigh the need to pursue...

Ordered a foot long chili dog COMBO, i get to the window and the staff is just goofing off inside, I get my drink which was supposed to be Coke Zero which they assured me they do have, but it tastes like someone tried to mix a few things together, something went wrong there. My combo had no fries I had to get their attention before driving away to get my fries, they seemed confused. Then I look at my Chili dog after I get to where I can eat and they left the dang cheese off the top...maybe less time goofing around and more time taking care of customers. This might explain why Wendy's around the corner was jam packed and busy while Dairy Queen was pretty...

Just ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard, ordered and charged for extra cheesecake pieces and there was literally ONE piece in it, I am not making this up, there was ONE whole piece and a few tiny crumbs of another one or two, that’s it. It seems like every time I ask for and pay for extra cheesecake pieces in them there are less than what would come in there had I not paid for extra. I don’t get it. It seems like it’s done purposefully at this point. I rarely even go here for that reason. And no I’m not a rude customer, I’m not like that to begin with but I’d certainly never be rude to anyone making my food. I just...
