Whitley (I think this is her name) was great!! Although, I was told that my bedroom suit would be delivered by 12:30pm today, 5/24/2021. I threw the old bed away and got rid of the old bedroom suit today so the room would be empty when they got here to deliver my items. I have talked to them twice since noon. First I was told that they were unloading the truck from this morning and would get to it after that because the mattress and suit were coming from two different locations. I spoke to them again at 3:30. I was charged 92 dollars for a tv I only had for one week. Then I was promised a rug with the remainder of my balance and the person said they were going to type up the contract and call me back and she hung up on me. They said the regional manager told talker to them and told them to charge me. I had a case number about this matter and was told the general manager would reach out to me but it seems he went behind my back and called the store and told them to tell me they would collect my tv if I did not pay the 92...

I don’t normally write reviews but this one experience changed my mind. Thomas deserves a raise at least. He did an outstanding job, friendly, helpful, and all around a great guy. He went out of his way to make us feel at home in rent a center, cut up and joked around. Definitely one of the reasons we bought from there. If it wasnt for him we wouldve went through another company. Yall better thank that man bc he just made yall $2,000 richer!! Hes a champ at...
