Taco John's — Restaurant in Wayne Township

I come to this Taco John's at least two to three times a week and by far this morning was the worst. The young lady working in the Drive-Thru was very respectful and kind she rang up my order right as I got two Junior breakfast burritos which were for my children before I bring them to school, with extra Nacho cheese. My daughter took one bite into a burrito and immediately said there was no cheese in there so I opened it up and look and there was like NO nacho cheese in there like a drop.. so I pull back around and I go inside and let them know that there is no extra cheese in the burritos like I had asked for. The lady that was working in the Drive-Thru was the lady who had helped me she grabbed the burritos and threw them in the trash and let her cook know. I did hear the cook say that she did not see the extra cheese on the ticket. Shr said " WELL, ITS GONNA BE A MINUTE" At this point now we were running late to drop off my kids for school so I had double checked when drive through employee hand me the bag to make sure that there was no mild sauce in them like before, so she asked her cook if there was no mild sauce and loudly she says "YEP, NO MILD SAUCE. Right away I had thought to myself very rude and I would hate to be that drive through employee having to deal with someone who acts that way. I get to the car and I open them up and honestly I could not believe the amount of cheese that she had put in there almost made it unedible. I understand I asked for extra cheese but I did not ask for them to put so much cheese in it that you can't even fold it up and there was cheese all over my daughter couldn't even eat it before she went to school. The cooks name is Ariana and she needs to be retrained clearly and honestly I should have been refunded but I did not have enough...

I went inside the gas station, fast food store instead of going through the drive through. I couldn't read the menu prices very clearly, because the numbers are small. They really should be enlarged.

This was my first time ordering here. I asked for three chicken street tacos only, no combo. The young man rang them up, and they were, from what I could see on the board, higher than a combo. He asked someone passing by could he sell them alone. He was told to ring them another way. When a woman, presumably a manager, as she was in a dressier shirt, passed by, he asked again, and was told to ring it up as he originally had. The young man then began to say and repeat, "He lied to me." I then told him I needed another order of the same thing, no combo. I then ordered two mini churro bites. The total was over $16., but I paid it and left.

The tacos came in what appeared to be a ball park french fry tray, but they weren't that long. The tacos were tiny, but they were appealing to the eyes and smelled good. They were delicious! The mini churro bites were good, too. They were warm and very sweet; their texture was chewy vs. crispy like Taco Bell's...

Their wages go up (news reports) customer service goes down. Went inside to oder the new pizza. Waited for someone to actually recognize me, even though they were walking by and looking at me, not one "be with you in a minute". When the person did come over, no hello or any type of greeting, just "what are you getting". When the pizza was done, the person bringing it to window simply looked at me, said pizza questioningly, slid it to me and walked away. Again no parting statement, or...
