Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Wayne

I have to say in the 5 yrs I've lived here, the last 2 yrs dq in wayne has slipped. Most of our visits are in the evening. Just in the last 2 months each order has been wrong. We've called and have gotten no resolve, ask to speak with a manager and have been told message will be passed along. I have yet to get a phone call even with a follow up call from myself. One night in particular the cashier made comments on how we wanted our order at the drive through, when we got to the window to pay I told her I didn't appreciate the commentary, she responded by saying "you look like you need to skip the extra cheese cake". My husband heard her and said "excuse me", she reopened the windows dropped the change in the car window and slammed the window shut. Our blizzards were handed to us by someone else and shut the windows. The blizzards were pretty much nothing but soft serve ice-cream. I have had many good experiences here before, but unfortunately today was not one of them. I was the only car in the drive-thru and the lot was empty. While there was practically no wait for my food, the items that I ordered (pretzels and fries) were cold, and the queso was lukewarm at best. Tonight went to get food from DQ everything went good until I pulled into the drive-thru. The employees were to busy cleaning and making sure they could leave as soon as possible. Never told me how long I had to wait although it was clear they knew I'd be waiting about 20 minutes.
