Bought a 25ft Ethernet cable just yesterday for $35 for my pc. I went to go return it today because one end of the cable didn’t connect with my computer as in it wasn’t locking in with my Ethernet port on my computer. When I get to the store, the cashier said based on the sellers policy which I think is Monster, since the original packaging is broken they can’t accept it back.

I think something needs to change because how is a person supposed to know how to open a package the sellers way? Ultimately disappointed, I just want...

I am always greeted when I walk in. An associate always shows where the items are located that I'm looking for. They even make suggestions about what the product will do and they give me alternative products that might work better. They are always very positive...
