Fine staff. Food is hot and ready- except for the salad which is crisp and ready! Easy parking. I like it because it is downtown and in walking distance to everything.
The Pizza Hut in the City of Wayne is the finest I have been to. It is easy to get in and out of the parking lot. During any inclement weather they are sure to have the parking lot clear and free of any water, snow or ice – depending on the season.
As for the seasoning on their pizza and other delicacies it is always just right. Each pizza is made with an artistry that is entertaining in itself. My favorite are the personal vegetable pizzas made with special sun-dried red peppers. They have an extra zing to go along with the eye popping color.
Their cheese balls are the hit of any party we have. Table service at this location is really first rate. They are also involved in the community and on two occasions I was lucky enough to attend volunteer meetings that were productive – and delicious!
Care and attention to detail can be seen and experienced on the grounds and even more so in the restaurant. Coming to the Pizza Hut in Wayne is like coming home. The meals are well made and tasty.
My favorite part, I must say, are the people who work here. I can’t say enough good things about the owner and manager. Fine upstanding, square dealers all around. As for the staff, I met with kind greetings and my orders are always on time and in good order. I have seen one order with a question on it and the staff took care of the whole thing in a matter of minutes and the customer went away happy.
It is a pleasure to be treated well at any time but most of all at mealtime and it’s meal time all the time at Pizza...

My recent visit to this Pizza Hut was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. I stood at the front for a whopping 10 minutes, with not a single staff member in sight to assist me. It was as if I had entered an empty ghost town rather than a bustling restaurant.
Frustration mounting, I contemplated ringing up my own order, considering it seemed like the only feasible way to actually get some attention. At this point, I questioned whether I should have saved myself the ordeal and walked out, leaving my own pizza to cook in my own oven at home.
The lack of care and utter disregard for customer needs was astounding. It was as if my presence went unnoticed, and the staff seemed uninterested in assisting or acknowledging me in any way. Dreadful is an understatement when describing the customer service experience I endured. I can only hope that the pizza itself manages to salvage this otherwise...
Read moreFirst time trying this location. We ordered the Big New Yorker and cheese bread. First time eating pizza Hut in about 3 years. The pizza overall: the taste was ok, nothing that made me think I will need to eat this again. It was a little on the dry side. The size of the pizza was great it fed our whole clan with seconds. The pepperoni taste good and the pizza was not too oily. Crust was soft yet crunchy. I believe a kick in flavor from the sauce and better cheese would help. We have family/movie night once a week so pizza is a usual in our home. We try to try all local and close proximity pizza spots. I may try other things on the menu but not the New Yorker. The prices are not too high. The cheese bread was good. Soft and cheesy. I would try the cheese bread again. We ordered online and hubby picked up so I had no interaction with...
