Pizza One — Restaurant in Wayne

So here is my review.I’ve been eating at this place about 3 times a week trying to figure out what is going wrong with this place. For starters i’ve ordered a lasagna dinner when it came out the center was stone cold literally I sent it back so that they could warm it up 25 minutes later it came back and it was still the same not a bit of heat in the center so I threw it in the garbage I learned not to order that anymore .another day I tried the eggplant Parmesan , it came out the same way sent it back and it still came out cold so I threw that right in the garbage .I’ve learned not to order dinners anymore because if they can’t figure out how to warm something up it’s a waste of my money. I wind up throwing the dinners right out and I always choose to eat in.for some reason they’re afraid to make anything nice and hot. I tried an order of mozzarella sticks and chicken strips. They came out the same way wasn’t even lukewarm.so I threw them in the garbage.so basically the only thing I can order that won’t be a painful experience is the pizza and a salad on route 23 from Wayne to Sussex county this place is the best of the worst. Most people won’t even care about my review because the people flock in like it’s the best thing in the world. 10/3/2017 I been coming here for A while first complaint happen today at 7:59 pm I call to place A order medium pizza half pepperoni and the other half black olives and mushrooms with onion and the small Caribbean salad the young lady who took my phone call don't even know what she was doing she kept asking me for my address I said its pick up not delivery oh no your order can't be completed without A address omg really I guess she doesn't know how to do her easy job she said ok I ask how many minute wait she said 45 min wait what I went in 20 min later pizza ready its cold and salad was ready wich I don't mind about the salad but the pizza was sitting there not cool at all this lady should not even be taking phone calls at all the man working there says how much is it we said the pizza been sitting there for A while no it wasn't he lied oh sorry she thought you said delivery no I never said delivery she ask me twice I said pick it up he didn't even bother to say I'll make A new one really so many staff and none of that said anything to her to try and do her job better I hope the manager or owner see this its very bothering ....I been coming here for A while I never had issues till now or had complaint about the other lady taking my phone orders.... This place is an EXPERIENCE!!!!

I have been in the food industry for 30 years. I have eaten pizza from coast to coast. I have been in restaurants that were so exclusive that you need to already have a reservation to get a reservation. However, today, I found this place in NJ that has reinvented the wheel, and that wheel is DELICIOUS LOL. Pizza One is unlike any other restaurant I've been to in years. If you asked if i the pizza was, "good," I'd slap you with a hand full of linguine because the food SLAPS. ( youthful term meaningtaste great. The pizza pies are works of art, symmetrical and friken pretty, and the taste is hands down delish. I took two slices to go and would up pigging out in front of my car. Moe is a foodie who creates an atmosphere of quality and a positive work environment for his team. I was so impressed by the effort this man put into his restaurant. The team is BUSY, but not 🙁. They were working hard and had a great attitude about it. That comes from great LEADERSHIP. Ibsaybyou people of NJ run not walk to Pizza One and taste for your self how Great food done be great people makes the difference. Pizza is the one place for pizza and so much more.
