My visit was marred by a series of issues that have fueled my ire and, frankly, my hatred for this particular Tim Hortons establishment. First and foremost, it seems that getting a correct order at this Tim Hortons has become a Herculean task. On multiple occasions, they managed to mess up my order, and it's not an exaggeration to say that it became a consistent pattern. It's disheartening to see a renowned chain repeatedly failing to deliver the simplest of requests accurately. Adding insult to injury, the prices at this Tim Hortons are exorbitant. While I understand that convenience comes with a premium, the steep costs for what should be reasonably priced items left a bitter taste in my mouth. The value for money here is questionable at best. Customer service, or the lack thereof, was another major issue. The staff exhibited a lack of courtesy and professionalism. They seemed indifferent to the numerous issues customers were facing, which only exacerbated the overall unpleasant experience. Perhaps the most alarming concern is the rumored security breach involving credit card information. While I cannot personally attest to this, the mere fact that such rumors persist is deeply troubling and calls into question the integrity of this Tim Hortons location. Lastly, the perpetual problem of running out of food items without prior notice is inexcusable. Customers often arrive with a specific craving, only to be informed of item unavailability at the last minute. This lack of transparency demonstrates a disregard for customer convenience and satisfaction. In conclusion, my experiences at this Tim Hortons have been nothing short of a nightmare. From botched orders to inflated prices, poor customer service, security concerns, and a chronic lack of food items, it's difficult to find any redeeming qualities about this particular establishment. I would strongly advise potential patrons to reconsider visiting this Tim Hortons until they address these glaring issues and provide a more enjoyable and secure...

Read moreJust left this location and woah. I ordered two donuts, a coffee and chips. Get to the window the lady is rude and said chips weren’t added on and she can’t add them at the window even though it was their mistake. I told her that and she ignored me for a few mins after giving me my other items then called someone with an attitude and said to add chips (she’s a light skinned African American women with a larger sized body). After that, two black women walked into the store and the manager and all the workers started immediately yelling at them telling them to get the f out. It got heated to the point where they left me at the window and forgot they had a line of customers. The manager started smacking stuff on the counter and everyone was just being unprofessional, cursing and acting really irate despite the line they had. One of the workers said “if you pull a gun on me you better use it”. The women that came in ended up pulling a weapon which it maybe self defense considering everybody started yelling and moving towards them. The police station is less than a a mile away. I am not sure why the solution was to aggressively approach the customers instead of call the cops. I did catch some of this on video. It’s now 2:10 so I recommend the camera footage between 1:30-2 be pulled. A business should not be operated in this unprofessional manner. I hope they get better workers...
