I do go to this wendys alot i get there chicken apple pecan salad , its so good ans not a bad price u get the half size and it only $5bucks thats my favorite iwas looking all around for a salad to go made like that , i could take with me, and i finally found it.only problem is they always foeget to give us our full order it sucks.ialso wanted. To say me and everyone I know have complained because every single time we went and we go once a day the drive thru people sucked they always without failure,would tell us they didnt have either the salad dressing we wanted or a extra one or a extra pack of pecans they would say they were out which wasn't true they were just to lazy to go get it cause we came back later on same day different shift and they would have it , it was the worst drive thru service ever, but as of around beging of December , 2018 we hadn't been there in a while , well it was a pleasure to say they had a whole new set of employees working, and they were so gracious, helpful, they were in top of it, they didnt get nothing wrong and didnt forget nothing and thEy were happy to help and didnt act like you were asking them for an arm and a leg when u would ask for a xtra dressing and acted like they were were above it and how dare u ask them to get anything else even if it was something they forgot, they were to.good to to go get anything else u needed.it was just horrible and always uncomfortable, we would have stop going there along time ago but it's the closest Wendy's that has my fav salad and we only have so much time for lunch or iwould of went somewhere which I finally ended UP doing but it was differnt food so I was so happy when I went bAck after a month and like I said that had a whole new awesome staff, now I'm back to...
Read moreJust recently visited this establishment and I am very dissatisfied. First off, after I payed for my order and pulled to the pick up window I had to wait several minutes just to be acknowledged by any type of employee. When someone finally did open the window instead trying to explain anything to me the very first words out of the employee are “what are you waiting for?” In a very disrespectful tone after I repeated my order to her she laughs and hands it to me. Several items that I ordered are not satisfactory in the least I had a baconnater that they decided did not need bacon or cheese, another burger that I specified no pickles that had them anyway as well as a nice cold peice of in melted cheese, and they failed at even the simple task of providing spoons for the frostys on my order. Overall if I could rate this experience a zero star instead of a one I would I am highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism and pride in ones work I witnessed even if it is something as trivial as a fast food visit these employees are paid to honor the order I placed not slap together what ever is convenient and then cop an attitude with the customer because they don’t know what they are doing as they are holding up...
Read moreLook, I get it, every one is short staffed. That's why when I walked in, I used the bathroom first. After washing my hands & exiting, I came out to one young lady at the counter waiting. Fine. But the drive thru line was crazy long. Ok. But then I start hearing the lady behind the counter complaining she's short staffed & and all that. I got it. After a few more minutes, with me still standing there, I kindly said, "all I'd like is a drink", thinking that might help in them knowing it's not going be some long drawn out thing. The guy heard me, smiled and said, "oh I guess all he wants is a drink (which I get MYSELF at the Freestyle machine no less)." Well, the same lady that had spoke up earlier, is now doing it again and saying, "well he gonna have to wait. Sorry if he mad." It's here she should've shut her mouth. Yeah I AM mad now that yall are fumbling all over yourselves to help the drive thru line for so long. Oh I didn't mention that a person walked in and out while I was waiting. So my order, their order... what is that? $10? $15? $20? That's ten minutes. Multiplied by an hour? The owner on here says "he's got our back." But apparently he ain't got the CUSTOMER'S back.
