I visited Little Caesars last night (8-2) around 7:20 for a pickup order I placed on the app. When I got there the store was dirty, mold on the ceiling and had 3 others waiting. There were all male employees in the back and ready orders all over the counters but not being put anywhere or acknowledged, there was one female employee and she was the only one coming up front to talk. She was horribly rude, the male employees in the back were purposely talking loudly about how much they hate their job and the guests. She was laughing saying the same thing, the phone rang and then she made a comment saying she didn’t want to talk to “no rude people” before she picked up. 30 more minutes went by and despite being asked 4 time by this same women what the name was for my order, nothing was happening. Another guest asked if he could just get a refund, she then loudly said “ I don’t do no refunds so y’all just have to wait”. Anytime myself and another customer would speak to each other about the chaos going on, she would run upfront and smile at us passive aggressively then go back around to the kitchen and again start loudly speaking about hating her job. Wrong orders and double orders were being placed in the portal, the male employees then started arguing with each other, mix ups were happening, wrong things getting given out. I’ve personally managed a busy fast casual restaurant for 5 years and I understand there’s bad nights, but this was insane. Another guest came in and wanted to order breadsticks and she told him she could give them to him raw to cook at home or he would have to wait 15 minutes (which at this point I’m sure would of been longer). Then a separate guest asked nicely if she could just open the portal since her order was in the wrong spot, the female employee loudly and aggressively said “SURE WHY NOT I CAN DO THAT FOR YOU HAHA SUUURE!”.

Today June 23, 2021 at 3: 05 i visited the Little Caesars on Broad st in Waynesboro, Va I went thur the drive thur for convenience. I placed my order the guy and i was making conversation. After he gave me my change. I understood him to say to pull into number 1. I did that. NO PROBLEM. The guy that brought my order out said i was sitting in wrong place an if i didn't park where i was suppose to, i would have to come in an get my order. I tried telling him i was told my the manger to pull at # 1. His attitude an voice was loud an rude. He just want to argue. Keep saying its on the box where i was supposed to be parked. Which the customer doesn't see until they get the order . I was upset so i parked an went in an pointed to the manger Brandon P. An the other guy that delivered the order was still loud an rude an keep repeating the same thing. The manger just stood there did nothing until i said that this is uncalled for and the guy was rude. Thats when i asked for corporates number which he ignored. The manger finally told the guy to go to back its ok. Then turned to me an told me to leave or he would call the cops. Read moreHorrible, horrible! Went here in evening with hubby and went through the drive-thru and could not believe how crappy our experience was. We waited in the line of cars atleast 15min. By the time we were 2nd car in line to be served the woman working window had begun sticking her head out window staring at my husband, then started smiling and winking at him. When she realized I was watching her she gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes. Then we pulled up to the window and bad went to worse. The female employee was slim, had smeary makeup and her hair was dyed (couldn't decide if she was going for red or purple or what). She immediately told my husband how "cute" he was. Then (to my total disbelief) had the nerve to ask him for his number. My husband didn't even respond just drove away, the employee was smiling and laughing. So we got to wait for almost 20min to order, and then didn't even get food because the employees behavior. Total waste of time!!! Will never go back here, so unprofessional! Management needs to address this issue with their employee before they lose more customers due to her shenanigans. She should NEVER be left unsupervised...
