BEWARE! READ ALL BAD REVIEWS BEFORE YOU ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! Someone told me not to order from this place and I wish I had listen to that person. Call center is a joke and did not take my order correctly. I also advised them not to have my order delivered by Door Dash because past bad experience's with Door Dash. Call center said delivery would be by a Papa Johns delivery driver. Delivery time was 15 to 30 min. Food was delivered at 55 min and it was ice cold no warmth to the box at all. (Driver did not bring the food in an insulated bag) and as far as I know my food could have been laying on some old shoes or anything for that matter. I have seen these delivery vehicles and its a shame to say you dont know what your food had been exposed too. SO, then I told the driver to take it back and he said he could not since he was a Door Dash Driver. Again, as I said before I told the call center that if they did not have Papa John Drivers then I did not want to place the order. I called the Manager and yes I was upset over this delivery issue but not only the delivery but one of the items had peppers and my order stated NO PEPPERS'!! I told her I wanted a refund for cold food and wrong item, she ask why was it wrong. Now this time I was mad and frustrated. She stated she was going to refund the purchase. I did not believe it so I gathered the order and went to the N Poplar address. I walked in very calm handed the so call manager the food and told her to refund my CRD. She was on the phone for 20 min and I ask her did she refund the order and why was it taking so long. Her reply was she had to go thru Door Dash to refund the order since she was the one that sent my order to Door Dash. I ask for a refund confirmation number and she wrote it on a napkin and then then walked away to get printer paper and proceeded to write it on that paper. Next day I called Door Dash to see if the order was actully refunded and it was NOT! Door Dash calls Papa Johns and the man that took the call said he did not see where it refunded but he would refund it now. I ask what was going on since the woman that called herself the store manager said she refunded it last night why he was not able to see that refunded transaction he got mad and hung up. SO BE ADVISED AFTER SEEING HOW THIS PAPA JOHNS OPERATES I WOULD ADVOID THEM AT ALL COST! AND AFTER SEEING THE INSIDE OF THIS PAPA JOHNS LOCATION YOU ARE TAKING A REAL CHANCE. Read moreSo we decide to order pizza on 1.1.2020 online. I chose the location and placed the order. I was waiting for a confirmation email which I never got. My wife called and was on hold for 10 minutes, i called and hung up after 5 minutes. We arrived to pick up our order to find 3 of the hardest working guys over their heads in printer receipts fulfilling the orders of i am sure hundreds of orders. To say they were busy was an understatement. But they had smiles, they were polite, they were apologetic for the delays. We figured that even if the order was wrong we would not complain because of how hard they were working. The did not deserve problem customers. I was super pleased to see our order was perfect. Hot delicious food served with plates and napkins. I wish i had their names because these 3 deserve what ever honors you provide. I am certain they are not compensated to a major that supersedes the wonderful service they provided. 5 stars all around to the Papa John's on North Poplar st in Waynesboro...
