Started when we went in to get sandwiches to go. The 1 lady working ignored us while she made a call in order. So 15 minutes later she finally tells another person to come up and start our order. The person she called up, should not have been able to deal with customers because he seemed half stoned. My son started with his order and had to tell the guy 3 times footlong meatball in white bread. The guy turns around after the 3rd time and said sorry I forgot what I was doing. He didn't bother to get the next 2 sandwiches he just blocked us out and had to be told step by step multiple times what to do. Then it was the same story, for me other son and i. We are already in the store for 30 minutes at this point and the lady who ignored us in the beginning starts runs the first sandwich up. I said no I am paying for all 3. She got annoyed and grunted a loud sigh of anger. Then she rang up the 3 sandwiches and said the register is asking you a question. She wanted a tip and when I said no she got passed off even more and walked away into the back. She then came back and put in gloves to finish my sandwich. I asked for lisa of pickles and got a couple. She then wrapped up my sandwich and threw it in the bag. I wanted to call corporate and say what happened and that I'll never come back. 1 because of the lousy service and attitude from her. 2 was because 3 sandwiches that they barely put anything on and weighed out everything they did add, came to $56.00 .
I know what you're going to say if you cannot afford to pay that don't eat out. Trust me a rarely do because of stupid stuff like this too deal with, but I got to see first hand how out of control process have become and the crap a customer is supposed to just shrug off. Read moreThe absolute worst subway I have ever been to. Tryed the place twice 1st time the orders were not even close to being right. Neither of the sandwiches had sause on them called and told them I live 20 minutes away and it was already late and didn't really want to drive all the way back there. I was told not to worry about it and the Manger would give me a call in the morning and take care of it. Got no call the next day so I decided to call them the day after I was told no one ever said they would refund or replace my order. So I asked to talked to the owner or the district Manger to which I was told she was. So I called the store in St robert and explained the situation to the Manger there which didn't get much further then the waynesville location.
The 2nd time we went there we sat at the drive threw speaker for well over 5 minutes before being spoken to. Then at the window for another 15. The thing that put me over the edge is the fact I watched a employee there pick a foot long sub up off the floor that I watched her drop and put it back in the bread warmer and KEEP ON MAKING FOOD. I understand subway isn't fast food but 20 minutes is a bit ridiculous.
I have attempted multiple time to get a hold of the owner. To address some of the complaints I have and got no were.

Read moreI don’t know what regional manager needs to come fix the drive through screen at this store but they need to get on it. As an expectant mom with a toddler, I go out of my way to this facility due to the sheer convenience of avoiding unloading and loading my toddler from the car just to make my way inside and juggle my order and child while in late stage of pregnancy.
The drive through is so very helpful that I’ve become a subway patron again and the self-ordering touchscreen is such a great idea….if it actually worked. Unfortunately it restricts a myriad of options such as wraps, extra portions, certain condiments such as oregano, multiple drinks, the footlong pretzel, etc. I always end up pressing the assistance button to tell them what I actually want and they either tell me to just put the order in wrong and they’ll know the difference, or to just order at the window - pretty much undermining the entire agenda and putting more work on the already accommodating staff.
Speaking of, the service has always been very friendly and obliging even with the extra and unnecessary challenges they’re expected to...
