Taco Bell — Restaurant in Waynesville

I usually don't have this many problems with Taco Bell on this particular day on 27th of this month June 24 My daughter ordered a steak bowl and we had to keep repeating ourselves over and over and over again and so I assumed she finally got it right and then I read it it says chicken bowl and I'm like we're ordered a steak bowl not a chicken so do you want to add steak to the chicken bowl I'm like no we want a steak bowl not a chicken bowl and then she said we don't have steak and I'm like what and then the manager I'm assuming is a manager got on and said wait wait do you want to substitute the chicken for steak I said yes when we got our food it did not look good My granddaughter ordered the $3 nachos from the $3 menu she had very little cheese and I am not exaggerating very little cheese on her chips like a couple of pieces of meat hamburger and a little dobs of sour cream it looked awful I ordered extra on my nacho bell grande and there was not extra on it except for the guacamole there was extra of it but nothing else they're usually really nice people who work the window but on this particular day this young lady was hostile and mad I feel like if you don't like dealing with the public you shouldn't be in a public setting with people I wasn't being mean or anything but she just continued and continued to not getting our order right and every time we order she would say is that it I order something else is that it I'll order something else is that it I'm like dang can I finish ordering for everybody like stop saying is that it You're not supposed to say that anyway you supposed to be upselling It's supposed to be what else can I get you not is that it I don't understand some of these employees who work for Taco Bell they do it at McDonald's too but the gentleman that used to say is that it is that it he doesn't say that anymore thank God someone need to reeducate their employees on how to speak to customers saying is that it is that it over and over again every time you order or get someone cussed out because it makes a madness like you know want them ordering any more food when you're really supposed to be upselling not trying to make them go away and not order...

Have gone here multiple times. Each time, there inevitably is a mistake in our order, especially with the later shift workers. Morning workers are decent, but the folks working the later shift (5pm and later?) are always horrifically rude. Not to mention the food is always meh quality at best.

Furthermore, they are ALWAYS out of ingredients but almost never warn you ahead of time. This to me is a big issue, because if my meal is missing parts of it, why should I have to pay full price still? Don't just serve customers half-made food and expect them to deal with it and still pay the same. Each time, when bringing up the issue of incorrectly prepared or missing items, management is NEVER willing to resolve the situation.

Just today, when my food was missing integral ingredients (which I once again, was not warned they were out of ahead of time) and I contacted the store to see what could be fixed, no effort was made on their part. Asked if they were able to remake the item, told "no" since they are out. Asked for refund or compensation since I don't want to pay for something I didn't receive properly, just told, "no."

All in all, just spare yourself the effort and drive a bit further and eat at the Taco Bell in St Robert for WAY better food and WAY...

DONT EAT HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE VEGETARIAN OR VEGAN! I was vegan for years. Now I eat animal protein sometimes but my Taco Bell order remains the same. I ordered a black bean Crunchwrap no cheese no sour cream and spicy potato tacos. The chipotle sauce is NOT vegan but I got it anyways. The employee acknowledged my order was vegan, he said “oh your ordering VEGAN today” I’m like yeah except I’ll take the sauce on tacos. They said “I KNOW the sauce doesn’t have dairy” I didn’t say anything even though that’s wrong. It has eggs as do most chipotle sauces. I GOT HOME AND BIT INTO A BEEF CRUNCHWRAP! If I had been completely vegan for years this could have caused PHYSICAL ILLNESS! PAY ATTENTION WHEN MAKING A VEGETARIAN ITEM THAT YOU CANNOT SEE INTO SUCH AS A CRUNCHWRAP. I am glad I am the one who received this order but please be careful eating here this is the most careless Taco Bell I have ever been to on multiple occasions. I called to let them know and they seemed unbothered. This store struggles to keep employees and items in stock. The service is usually great but quality control never matches...
