Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Wayzata

We have had many poor experiences at this Chipotle. We have had multiple nights where we have walked in 15 or 20 minutes before close and they are “all out of food.” A week ago I ordered online and they did not put the guacamole we ordered and paid for on our order. We were bummed, but we weren’t going to drive back to the store to ask for guac. We just used an avocado from home. The next night my son wanted a cheese quesadilla with guac. The cheese quesadilla comes with guac because there is no protein on the quesadilla, it’s just a tortilla with cheese. They were all out of guac, but said they still had to charge me $9.50 for the tortilla and cheese, even though they didn’t have any guac, which is supposed to come with it. So tonight I go into chipotle and order a chicken bowl, and I tell them our snafus from the last week with guac. I told them I’ve “paid” for guac twice in the last week but haven’t actually gotten any. I asked if they could not charge me for my guacamole tonight since I’ve paid for it in the last week without actually receiving it. The cashier then said to me, “I don’t mean to be a dick, but how do I know you’re not lying? I can’t just give that to you.” I paid for the chicken bowl, guacamole and all, and left. This chipotle is also never clean. We will not be going back. I keep forgetting about PuraLima just down the road, but after tonight we will only be heading there. It is amazing and I recommend it to anyone else who has had troubles with...

This used to be my go to spot. Myself and my family eat here 3 times a week easy. The last month everytime we go in there it's completely different people than before all with attitude. The portions have been tiny, I ask for double either way but double sometimes looks like one good scoop should look, it's been messier then we've ever seen it. Most the time they won't take cash and the last 2 times they didn't inform us until we were at the register and when we didn't present a card watch them throw it all away as we left...what a waste of food. I'm not one to complain at all but this is getting ridiculous. Atleast post a sign on the entrance. Worst of all the food hasn't been consistent which is the main reason we and so many other people go to chipolte. The rice is made wrong, last time it was missing all the green, and was overcooked and mushy(never would I ever expect that at a chipolte) and the chipolte honey chicken was so over the top hot I csnt believe they were serving it, I have a spice tolerance but that there was like eating hells fire itself, family's eat here.. ok enough said. Overall truly disappointed and have wasted allot of money hoping each time it's gonna be how it used to be FRESH,...

Hey! I just have to say... If your reading this review...Thanks. I really appreciate the opportunity to use my voice! And be heard! Thanks...a lot! So....Chipotle. I have a lot to say. First of all wow! I mean wow! The service was good....wait a second not just good... but excellent! Indeed it was! The minute I entered this past Monday the staff greeted, in fact welcomed me, with an exuberant sense of politeness. With grace, they made my bowl and side tortilla, with an exceeding amount of care and attentiveness. From the person to the front, until the cashier, everyone showed an exceptional amount of kindness. In today's society....we w-want..no.not just want...but....but NEEED that. The minute that I acquired the food that I put on my fork by inserting it in the bowl, and then meticulously placing it in my mouth, so that none of that delicious ingredients would slip away, I could immediately feel the relieving and soothing taste of sweetness of the vinaigrette mixed with the saltiness of the chicken that enveloped my taste buds..."Oh my, Oh my" I instantly whispered to myself as I sat by the window alone. This...This is great. Keep up the work... everyone wants this feeling...
