Starbucks — Restaurant in Wayzata

I promise I am normally not a Karen and never post reviews, but this place is an exception. Awful customer service. I have only ever chosen to go to this location out of convenience as it is close to my apt. but oh my gosh the service is poor. The staff are unapologeticly aloof. They were out of carriers one morning, so I asked politely (after waiting literally over 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence at the pick up counter) if they had any alternatives as I had ordered 6 drinks for coworkers. The person simply replied no in a rude snarky way. I get there are shortages, but they have just this purposely unhelpful vibe to them overall as a store. Every other time I have been there they have been unfriendly and seem to avoid helping me regardless of how busy they are. In fact most of the times I’ve gone have been early in the am when they are very slow. All I can say is If you are in the Wayzata area I would avoid this location all together and go for one of the small local shops like Penny’s or hit up Caribou. Much nicer vibe....

All the workers here are amazing! I have read the reviews and I am confused... seems that the ratings are untrue... anonymous reviews targeting one person on the team, seems like a bully who has had others as well make rude comments on one person specific. She has served me many times and she has brought me nothing but joy, starting with her smile, great conversation and seeing how hard she works. These reviews on her are completely false.. and from reading these comments I believe this is someone who has something against her, continuing to be belittling and false accusations. Don’t mix personal with work. Some of the people who are writing reviews that are rude need to take a step back, and realize how childish your actions have been. Keep up the great work Starbucks...

I typically have a good experience here ordering through the app. I was in a hurry and needed to use the restroom so orderd at the counter. There was no line. My oatmeal was ready in about 5 minutes. The drive through line was busy but very few customers at the counter during my visit. After 15 minutes of waiting for my drink I asked if the wait is typically this long. And they said “oh we'll make it now” as if they forgot about it. When I opened my oatmeal it wasn't stirred so a large section of it was dry and I was not given a spoon so I had to go back in. I also noticed on my receipt they did not attach my rewards account. I would recommend sticking with the app. 17 mins is far to long to wait for a drink when they have plenty of people working and...
