Customer service is #1 for me and sadly there's not much good customer service left these days when u go out to places of business. But let me tell you about some great customer service I received from Joe's Pasta & Pizza in Weatherford tx. Nautia (?spelling?) Who has been with Joe's Pasta and pizza for a long time goes above and beyond. Last night as they were in the midst of a rush and alot of calls for orders all coming in at one time, a new employee became a little over whelmed and was accidentally hanging up on me when I tried calling to place an order myself. I figured, why do I want to order from there if they are hanging up on me. No, Nautia, even being so busy, checked caller ID noticed my calls and reached back out to me. She first apologized and explained to me what had happened. She then said she was not going to leave the situation like that and asking for my order. I was so blown away she took the time to do so. On top of that, she paid for my dinner. Now that is some over the top, exceptional customer service and as long as I can remember back she has provided excellent customer service every vist I've had there. There was very small portions and it was really tough and chewy. We called them about the lack of meat in the four pastas we ordered, but they told us it was the right amount and made us talk to a cook who has no idea how much chicken each pasta has. After talking to the cook, which cook gave up talking to us, we talked to the manager again about the issue. However, she still was adamant that the pastas have the right portion, commented rudely about our age and should have known better to ask as adults, and claims that they dont have any customers that complains about their food. We were very angry and disappointed that the manager was rude and attacked us for a small complaint. We expected better from the manager from the restaurant and wanted to correct a small issue with our food. We hoped the manager would politely talk to us instead of being rude and argumentive. We told her we will send a complaint to the owner but she said she does not care and to go ahead. We are not going to order from there anymore. Someone needs to talk to the manager about handling...

She goes back and gets my pizza and they open it up like they all do to verify that's what I ordered. I give her my debit card because they do all that. She then turns and ask if I want to give a tip? Seriously? For bringing the pizza out to me to leave? I told her no. She seemed to be miffed by my answer. Oh well. Now when she opened it up it looked good!' When I got home few minutes later I'm getting ready to dig in. I open the box and there was a layer of grease on top!! It was gross...it was like someone poured a cup of grease all over it. I have never seen anything like that. I grab a paper towel and soak some of the grease off a slice. I take a bite and the crust is literally as tough as cardboard!!! When I finally take the bite it's gross.
