Do not EVER consider eating there. My cashier ZACK was amazing. He greeted me, took my order , and was very nice. After getting my order, I came right back in when I bit into my shrimp and they were as hard as rocks and my chicken was no better and looked like it had been cooked in grease that needed to be changed yesterday. I showed them my food and asked could I get fresh food. Zack told the woman/cook in the back and was told the chicken was "only" 11 mins old. When she appeared in the front, I showed her my food and she preceded to let the assistant manager, who happened to have come from the back and apparently responsible for changing the oil. The woman said it would be a wait and I said I dont mind waiting at all just want it fresh . The manager interjected and said it'll take him until 11pm to change the oil. It was 4 pm at the time mind you! So, I simply placed the food even closer to the cashier and asked for a full refund. I went to my truck to get the card I used and came back in to one of the employees saying "people just want free food". The manager said nothing and continued to just ignore what was said and started processing my refund, so I addressed the employee and said "no people want FRESH FOOD" and "I hope that wasnt directed towards me". Read moreThis evening around 7-745 pm we went to the popeyes in Weatherford inside the Petro and i must say the customer service was horrible!! I do hope the cleanliness is way better in back of house than it used to be!! We made the trip from bit of a distance as i got a email saying bogo offer on 3 piece tender meal and i needed help from a manger to get the deal!! The female manager in gray shirt truly had no interest at all in helping us figure it out!! So i did the survey and explained the situation and true lack of customer service to point it made my other half uncomfortable even being there.. While waiting for 5 minutes to ask someone to give her honey as the manager in gray shirt walkes passed her twice, stating which 3 of us overheard her when asked what was wrong to say people!!! Wish she had a name tag on but unfortunately if she doesn’t enjoy ppl that need help with worst customer service skills on planet then id suggest finding another job where your not around ppl or customers!! Popeyes is expensive thus the deals are huge to ppl in this economy!! Be better and try smiling and act like you enjoy your job!!!! The food was phenomenal by the way…… Simply help ppl when they need help getting...
Read moreWent here today to order the same thing I order every single time I am here, the 2 can dine, spicy with two red beans and rice. I asked for it and they all looked at me and asked for a code. This Popeye's never asks for a code. Ever. Then, I told them they always have the coupons near the register. I was told that they can't just have coupons at the register. I also stated that before they started having the coupons, the lady usually just enters the code. I was then asked did I want less for more. No I don't. 😒 They all just stood there, no resolution. Steady saying they don't know the code. I worked at Popeyes for years and baby, they are the Popeye's gatekeepers clearly. I just left. I don't have no interest in drama, especially eating some stuff I never get the full Popeye's experience with. I been in Texas 10 years and have only went to the Popeye's in Irving, TX on Beltline Rd because they are NOT all the same. This one price gouges because they are the only one on this side of town. I will be going to Irving this weekend and continuing to patronize that one until I leave Texas. The red beans are always extra sticky...
