Employees need to be taught to take orders and make them exactly how customers request!! I have a medical condition that makes it hard to process fats. So I requested nonfat milk, no whipped cream on bottom and very light on top. I also asked for a double shot of espresso. First thing I noticed was the amount of whipped cream on top was way too much, but I figured I could just stop drinking before I got to that.

Once I drank it however it was too sweet and I realized not only had they not put the espresso in they had also blended the bottom cream into the drink!

Nothing worse than paying extra for modifications and still getting the standard drink—especially when we ordered two! They even had ice (which is free to take out but waters the drink down if you're a slow drinker), but no trace of white chocolate mocha 🥲

$10 per drink ($20 in total)and not even correct...

If you're modifying a drink because of allergies, i would watch the barista making it...

Stopped by in the morning, wasnt very husy which ia unusual for the time we drive by. Ordered Grande white chocolate mocha and black iced coffee w 3 Splendas. Got -black iced coffee and hot chocolate. Really warm. We pull up to pay and theres a visible difference in attitude after we choose not to tip based off ordering at the kiosk. ???If we have to pay near 10 dollars a drink id expect them...
