Ianazone's Homemade Pizza (Niles) — Restaurant in Weathersfield Township

I had a lot of family in yesterday so thought it would be nice to get pizza for everyone. It costed me almost 35 dollars and I got it home and it was all dough like they put the toppings on and never put it in the oven. I called them they wouldn't answer there phone so I drive back with it and they got very mean and nasty to me. I should of called the cops. I have never been treated so bad. They said we don't have time to remake it. I can give you credit for another day. It wasn't ever 8 o'clock yet and they close at 830. So I said I will just take my money back. We can't do that because then our drawer will be short at closing. I asked to talk to a manager or the boss . They aren't here and we can't call one. So home I go no dinner and lost 35 bucks. Ianazone's used to be good. It took them 50 minutes to have our order ready. Even though we picked up our pizza exactly on time, drove one mile inside a warm car, and put the box inside an insulated cover, it was Cold. It was also burnt around the edges and when I picked up my slice a big flat black flake about 3 square inches fell off the bottom of my crust. There was so little cheese that it was mostly sauce and crust. I wish I would have gone to their website BEFORE I ordered and saw they got 3 and 1/2 stars. Also, what should have been photos of their best yummy golden brown baked pizzas and other menu items, was pictures of burnt crusts, and cheeses that look dark brown and black. I should have learned because the last few times we ordered the pizzas were getting worse and worse, but I wanted to keep giving them a chance. We are done done done with...

Screwed half my order up. forgot my pepperoni roll then wanted to charge me another delivery fee to bring out! I already paid, they screwed up and wanted to recharge me. Wings weren't even worth ordering. They looked like wings from a damn pigeon. BBQ sauce containers were melted and leaked all over everything. Chicken strips were undercooked and the the other couple were rock hard. This place is a joke of a restaurant. They credited us but even so I doubt we'll go back. Best to just stay away also ordered a mushroom onion pizza with extra cheese a half sheet by the way like 10 mushrooms on the whole pizza barely any sauce barely any cheese forgot the onion.
