Not sure how to attach pictures but I would if I could. I love the convenience and affordability of Taco Bell but the other day I went with my toddler and ordered him a veggie bowl with added chicken and never got the chicken I paid for, plus half the bowl was lettuce. Unfortunately I never take my receipts and I ended up losing my food at the mall anyway so I lost out on like $10 and had to buy something different.
Secondly, with all of Taco Bell's franchises, they can't wrap a burrito to save their lives and when I ask them to roll the burritos the opposite way, they refuse to do it because they are too narrow minded to understand that I dont want a mouthful of one thing at a time... roll WITH the ingredients instead of against them so that your customers get a little bit of everything in every bite! The only location that has never given me a problem with my request is Middlefield and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience there.
Lastly, quit getting rid of popular LTOs! Your customers would stay more loyal and appreciate the variety all year round!!
May I suggest adding kid friendly...
Read moreThey're no longer taking orders at the counter, so I'm no longer going to come here. I've been a customer throughout the years since moving to the city nearly twenty years ago. I don't recall any public notices about this drastic change to the dining experience, nor any request for customer feedback about it. Not interested in going cashless and discarding the counter worker. Other people have left reviews about the drive-thru service taking quite long. Perhaps it's because customers that would walk up to the counter have decided to order there.
There's nothing wrong with having a kiosk as an option but it shouldn't be the only option. This isn't the change we need in society. We need social interaction. People need jobs. Hire more people. Bring back real service. Remember what happened with the Automat cafeterias? Hey, if you want to start a new restaurant modeled after those, that's okay but changing the current restaurant into it...well, consult the customers first and give...
Read moreWent to this location on 11/1 and waited in the drive thru line for close to 15 minutes before I got to the speaker to place my order. When I went to order I was told to wait and proceeded to wait another 5 minutes. It appeared that the window was only doing 1-2 cars at a time and that’s why the line was so backed up. Finally made my order and pulled up and waited on the food. When my daughter and I got home, my daughter’s food was missing from the bag. As usual with this location, what I pay for is not what I get. All that time waiting and she didn’t get a chance to eat cause her food was missing. Order accuracy would do this location wonders so that the right food is in the bag and people get what they pay for. This is probably the worst location in my area and i will not go back to this location anymore cause it’s basically the same thing every time. Something is missing. The E Market and Elm rd locations are far better than...
