McDonald's — Restaurant in Weathersfield Township

I was first asked to pull up, which happens almost every time I’ve went to this location. Then my order wasn’t correct, so I stopped the young lady and explained the issue to her. I received two of something that I ordered one of and one of something that I ordered two of. I offered to give her back the extra item to which she said “no”. She goes in to come back out and ask for my receipt. I show my receipt and explain it again, she goes back in. Next a guy comes back out with my receipt, looks me dead in my eyes and says “the girl said she put the right stuff in the bag”. What? What do I say to that? “No, she didn’t”, which was met with a blank look. Like I’m trying to hussle McDonald’s for a 10 piece? I’m 43 years old, I can assure you I don’t need any hand outs. So that was my last straw, I lost patience. I said if she packed my order correctly, then why to I have two of something that I ordered one of? Along with some other choice words, which I did apologize to him for because let’s be honest, he was being sent out there to accuse me of lying for a 10 piece by someone who was too cowardly to do it themselves. It wasn’t even about the mistake or making me prove it or accusing me of lying that did it for me. It was wasting my time. I would of just returned it all if I didn’t think it would...

Multiple times within the last 2 years I’ve had terrible experiences at this location, I try and give it another chance every now and then and get reminded every time why I go to other locations instead of this one. I’ve been told to pull around to the front and have stayed there for 20 minutes waiting on my food, multiple workers came out to give food to other cars, asked me what I had, went back into the building and never returned, I finally go in just to be told I was forgotten. Rude workers with terrible attitudes, forgotten food, sauces or giving out the wrong drinks even when they aren’t busy, excruciatingly long lines and wait times and workers running around like chickens with their heads cut off when busy. Tonight was the icing on top of the cake, waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line just to have a lady damn near throw my food at me because I got a little frustrated repeating my order to them for the 3rd time with a screaming infant in the back seat. Just to get these cold, sad excuses they call “McDoubles” I will continue to take my business to other locations, the convince of it being around the corner isn’t worth being treated like a burden every...

Posted two different reviewed on this comment!!! Slow. I ordered two large fried and they only filled them half way. The manager was the one who made them. I watched her make them. They are rude most of the time and at least half the time the order is wrong! Its not that hard to get it correct! Do i even have to mention that they always tell you the ice cream is down just because they don't want to clean it?! Crazy how this McDonald's hadn't been shut down yet.

I ordered a hamburger with only mustard and extra pickle. I got a hamburger with 5 Dots and 2 pickles! I also ordered 2 strawberry cream pies but got 1 strawberry and 1 apple! There were 3 employees just standing around by the front window while the manager bagged my order. Then he had to get the drinks since the others were just standing around not doing a thing. The manager did not seem very happy about being there! Also, it took 5 or so minutes to get the food... It shouldn't have taking that long with how many employees there were! I really wish this McDonald's wasn't so convenient! It's almost as bad as the South...
