It is advertised that there is a 14 day return policy and I was also told as such when I made my purchase. I went into the store to return items that I had not found satisfactory due to cosmetic issues. Video games are meant to be played, but items are often valued higher when they are in the box because some people enjoy collecting and displaying their games. I am one of these people. I made the mistake of not thoroughly checking my purchase because the owner had told me it was his mother’s birthday and he had planned on closing early when I had entered. This was my fault but I went to return the items because that is the policy he has. I sent my girlfriend because I often work and he closes at 5 everyday. He told her to send me. I come and smile and get none returned . I explain my reason for return and am told “that’s a stupid reason to return something but okay.” I state he is being rude and he throws money on the table and says I am not welcomed back, like I would have wanted to spend money with such an individual anyway. All negative reviews state he is disrespectful and the place smells of urine and I should have read them before bringing...
