Tino's Italian Kitchen — Restaurant in Weathersfield Township

We have been Tino’s customers since they opened and always liked their food. We ordered dinner and they forgot half our order. When I called, the guy who answered said oh yeah the other half of your order is here. He said you can come back and pick it up, I told him my food (the order we did receive) would be cold by then so he angrily said I’ll remake it. So my husband drives back up there to get our food and takes the cold food back also. The cook takes the food and throws it directly in the trash. Never apologized or offered a discount. He acted liked it was our fault, he had the audacity to be mad at us! You gave us half our order, we had to drive all the way back for the rest of our food and you were rude. So unprofessional! Needless to say we won’t be eating...

This little Italian restaurant is nestled in the plaza at the top of The Strip so maybe you dont know it's there but you would be missing out !!!! They have fish dinners only on Fridays and the fish is seriously delicious !! They are breaded in panko bread crumbs and I freaking loved it !! I also seriously loved their tartar sauce. I swear it had a little dill in it,not quite sure,but unlike any tartar sauce I have had before. Then let me tell you about about their penne with their homemade sunday sauce.....really good taste. I added feta crumbles and portabella mushrooms to my sauce...MY NEW FAVORITE !!! And their italian bread...so soft and fresh..LOVED IT...

First experience about a week ago. It was fantastic. Don't let negative reviews steer you wrong. This is what quality Italian food is supposed to taste like! In a very strong Italian based area, it amazes me how Tino's brings all competition down to their knees. Seriously, I had the Tino pasta. My bf had the chicken parm. The food was fresh and flavorful. The Italian greens had just enough heat to pack in flavor but not too much that it was overwhelming. Well worth the price. The menu is small because it is truly QUALITY over quantity. If I could.give 10 stars, I would. And yes, the homemade bread is also out...
