Tristan & Kate are the owners of this local gem. I have a ton of food allergies/sensitivities but they have always patiently answered my questions regarding ingredients and preparation. They are my favorite coffee spot in Trinity and in my top coffee stops period. Not only are they great people, quick and professional, but all of their food is locally sourced and organic.
