The Mexican Street Tacos were very good. The Mineras-Cheese Enchiladas was a good dish. We enjoyed the flavor of what seemed to be their homemade salsa hot and mild. However their exemplary service is what made the entire so great. They were busy and had very few staff yet they were very attentive and pleasant which is rare nowadays. It was late I ordered coffee with cream. The young man apologized that they only had milk… no problem for me. When they brought my coffee in and earthenware mug they also brought a small pitcher of milk that they had taken the time to take the chill from. That coffee was fantastic!! It was still warm throughout my meal. Smiles and thoughtful acts can make the meal so much more pleasant. Thank you

The highlight of the meal was definitely the quesabirria tacos—absolutely the best item on the menu and worth returning for. The guacamole (large portion) was also a standout, clearly made with care and full of fresh flavor. Unfortunately, the beans tasted canned and lacked that homemade touch. The salsa had good flavor but would probably be better served warm. The horchata was sweet and delicious, a perfect complement to the tacos. On the downside, the enchiladas were underwhelming, and the steak was gristly and tough to chew. Service was friendly—our waitress was sweet and even tried to speak Spanish, which was a nice effort. The restaurant itself was clean, though the bathroom was very small.

I am changing my previous review on this place. The first time I went a few years ago it was great but now the past two times I have went it has been fairly disappointing, from the poor prices, to the food not meeting quality standards. I got authentic barbacoa and it was 19 dollars for a small portion of meat and they didn’t even tell me until I got my food that they were out of corn tortillas. Along with the meat itself not meeting expectations and lacking in flavor. The quality of this place has seemed to go down and I rarely have to change my reviews of restaurants but I have grown tired of recommending this place to others just for it to disappoint.

What a great addition to the already excellent Mexican food scene in our area! The menu included a nice blend of standard items, like street tacos and nachos, but also included food I hadn't seen locally, such as gorditas and enchiladas mineras. The salsa is fresh and delicious, and is accompanied by a small dish of black beans with pico de gallo. The chips were the thin variety, and were fresh and hot. The horchata had lots of cinnamon, which I personally prefer. I had the enchiladas mineras, which is a lovely cold summertime dish, consisting of crumbled Panela cheese and pico de gallo mixed together and stuffed into fresh corn tortillas, which are then covered with more of the filing, and then drizzled with Mexican table cream, a lighter, more liquid, saltier sour cream. I could eat them every day! And the wait staff were so nice, and full of energy! I can't...

Terrible, non authentic "food." I gave it numerous tries and they just didn't improve. First, their salsa is terrible. I've never seen so much disgusting cilantro packed into salsa, where it doesn't belong. They need to understand that at least half of the world population can taste cilantro, and it doesn't taste good to those of us who can taste it. They have some other sauces, but they put something in them that is very upsetting to the GI tract. Same sauces elsewhere don't have the same problem. Most of their dishes are just bland, flavorless, and have strange flavor, what little they have. Their guacamole is terrible and doesn't resemble actual guacamole in the least bit, having barely any actual avocado in it. Just not worth...
