I received sub-par service from this establishment. The staff are uninterested and, quite honestly, disrespectful to customers. I also don’t think the manager at this location treats her employees with much respect or concern. I went in last year and was met with the most unpleasant server named Aliyah or Alina. She barked at me and my family when we hesitated to start our order and she became irritated when we informed her that our son had a peanut allergy. I’m also shocked that more people aren’t concerned about the lack of gloves and general concern for health at this location. Most of the time, I notice the scoopers go straight from touching their phones or the trash to scooping ice cream without washing their hands, touching cones with bare hands, etc. I think that management should do a better job of teaching these individuals how to serve food in a manner that is up to code. I've only visited a couple of times, but will now definitely come back more often. Aside from having great menu items (I like the hot and iced mochas), my last visit October 27, 2016, I accidentally spilled my drink. I was having a klutzy evening. One of the young women working that evening, the one who prepared my order, gently and swiftly took care of cleaning up the area as I and my friends poorly attempted to help. She asked if I'd like another drink and after having prepared it, didn't even re-charge me, although I offered to pay again. Incredible service. Have had issues with under-filled containers. A packed quart weighs about 900 gms and recently I purchased two quarts which weighed in the low 700's. Sadly, the staff working there are mainly high school kids who sometimes don't have the best work ethic and get lazy with the packing, especially on busy days or at the end of a shift.
