If I could give a negative Star I would. This place has garbage food and even worse service. All you can smell when you pull up to the restaurant is stale rotten fish. A huge turn off, despite me not wanting to try it, I was with my family and decided to give it a whirl. Wow is all I can say. My husband ordered a Porky 2 sandwich, which usually doesn't have mushrooms, however my husband's sandwich has sauteed mushrooms on it. He didn't realize until about 3 bites in because of all the BBQ sauce. He hates mushrooms and is allergic to them. Side note my steak bomb tasted old and the potato skins, my daughter had were 4 pieces of hard potato shell with little cheese and uncooked bacon for $10.50!! I went to ask for a refund for my husband's sandwich which he couldn't eat and now felt sick so didn't want anything else. I was approached by an employee who was basically yelling, accusing and was completely unprofessional. I asked if she was the manager and what was her name. She told me she wasn't the manager and how dare I barrade her friend. She said how could my husband not realize that there were mushrooms in his sandwich and basically it was his fault. No apology, nothing. She was completely unprofessional and in my opinion should have been fired on the spot. The assistant manager tried to defuse the situation and was nice enough to apologize. However I would NEVER be back. To all my friends and people visiting AVOID this place at all cause. You will be sick by the food and service. There are plenty of other places to eat that are wayyy better than this place. Oh and Board of Health please visit this place ... I'm not even sure if they should be open. From someone that has been in the restaurant business for over 20 years y'all should be ashamed...

They lost my daughter’s family’s order and then lied about it, causing her whole family, with four kids, to have to sit and wait for an hour and a half while everyone else ate. They were exhausted and ravenous after a day at Marconi and missed the first part of the movie at the drive-in with all their cousins. My daughter was made to stand by their ordering area for 40 minutes after she first inquired about their order (while everyone else in our party was eating, most of whom had ordered their food AFTER her) while several customers came and went with their food. When the food finally came after a total of an hour and a half, it was burned and parts of it were inedible! During this entire time, the staff was not only completely unhelpful but they were extremely rude and lied to my daughter and her husband, trying to cover their own failure. All this after begging for, and getting, good tips from all 17 people in our party, even though they did nothing but take our orders and call us when the food was ready. Any decent establishment worth their money would not only apologize for their mistake but at the very least offer some fries or SOMETHING to eat for the four hungry, cranky kids waiting all that time and watching everyone else eat. Stopped here with my wife and her family, during which a Robbie who works here proceeded to hit on my wife the entire time, interrupting our meal over and over. Later we went to the ice cream window where he was working (my wife later told me she was so uncomfortable she would have gotten ice cream somewhere else if she knew he would be there) and it took about 20 minutes just to order because he would not stop trying to hit on her. I remained friendly because it’s not worth starting something in front of our family and I’m secure enough to know my wife isn’t going to leave me for some creep at an ice cream shop. Still when it was my turn to order he walked away to try and avoid taking it then rolled his eyes at me when I was telling him what I wanted. He then threw the ice cream to me dismissively when everyone else had theirs handed to them. All I could do was laugh. I felt the need to leave a review because I have never seen such wildly inappropriate treatment of customers before.
