Bummed out. They said I could make my own bowl. Then she said I couldn’t with the one I chose because it would be too thin. I said it was ok with me as I’ve had thin ones before and I just wanted the added textures of the toppings. She said she probably could do it but wanted to check. Another girl came over and said no. Again I explained it didn’t bother me to have it be very thin. She refused. I asked to then just purchase a banana. She couldn’t sell me a banana either. I left frustrated. My husband went back over and got me the coffee smoothie as I needed to eat something. It’s really gross. His description was perfect. Green bananas mixed with coffee grounds. The bowls are amazing but the customer service & wait times is awful! I placed a mobile order & went to the window to let them know I was there & the girl was rude and said we would call your name out when it is ready and to wait by the other window. So I waited and 45 minutes later it’s still not ready, I was about to leave and waste the 34$ I spent because I had a birthday party to go to & this made me super late, then I noticed everyone else getting their orders before me so I went up & asked how much longer since it had almost been an hour for 2 bowls and the girl grabbed it out of the fridge and handed it to me, so it had probably been ready for a while and she purposely didn’t call...

Service was slow, took half an hour to get 2 bowls. Then, the smoothie base was made wrong and did not taste or look like açaí on both bowls. We brought it to the worker’s attention and she argued with us and insisted we were wrong and she was right.
