I visited this location last night February 27th at 9 pm. I am extremely disappointed in the treatment and customer service I received. The staff was rude and didn't seem like they wanted to be bothered.
I ordered a combo meal, a milk shake, and a banana split with hot fudge as the topping. We waited for about 5-7 minutes for our order to be taken and when it got taken, the cashier was practically rushing the order. I tried to be as polite and understanding as I could because I know fast food is a hard job to do. I worked at this exact store in 2018 up until the end of 2019.
Once I pulled around to the window, I paid. We waited for our food and there was a boy who handed it to me. His exact words were "your blizzard or whatever will be out next." Which, fine, I never remembered all the orders either but he showed no care in what he was doing.
Secondly, the older woman (whom I am assuming was the shift manager) was extremely rude and short with me as well. She brought over the milk shake to the drive through and said nothing. I asked if my banana split was in the bag with the burger, to which she threw her hand up and said "I'm getting it." I do not appreciate being treated like a dog. I explained to her that I did not know what was happening as no one said anything and just wanted to check. To this, she said nothing and shut the window.
Once I got my banana split, it literally just had hot fudge on it. No banana at all. I pretty much paid 5 dollars for a sundae. Mistakes happen, no big deal. But before I even got to the window, she confirmed with me that I still wanted whipped cream/bananas. At this point, I wasnt going to address it because I didn't feel like receiving even more attitude than I had already gotten simply for asking a question and paying for what I had ordered.
I hope the staff understand that their customers support their business. I work in retail as a manager and I would never treat a customer this way unless they deserved it; I certainly did not. Every time I come to this exact dairy queen, I get attitude, my food takes forever, and 90 percent of the time it's not what I asked for.
I get that customer service is hard, but not all customers are rude. Most of the time if you go into it with a positive attitude, you'll get a better response from your buyers. I do not appreciate being treated this way. I strongly believe that this store needs an attitude adjust and better...
Read moreI've been eating at this dairy Queen for many years and have always enjoyed it. I don't know what has changed there but I will never go back again. The last 5 times I've been all the food I've gotten has been terrible. The first and second time I got bad food I ordered 2 chilly cheese dogs each time and the hotdogs were cold like they pulled them from the refrigerator and put them on the bun added luke warm burnt chilly and cheese and gave them to me. The third order that was bad I got a double cheeseburger and fries and both were cold. The 4th bad order I got a chicken strip basket with cold fries luke warm chicken strips and the supposed toast was hard bread with butter and didn't get the gravy that was supposed to be in the basket. And the 5th and final order I'll ever get from there was 2 orders of the soft pretzel sticks and cheese and the pretzels were so hard and cold I couldn't bite through them and just for a time frame that I got all of these orders was...

I've gone 2 days in a row, still haven't had anything. Friday I waited in the drive thru for 13 minutes. 1 car at the order speaker, 1 other in front of me. None of the 3 of us moved for that 13 minutes. I left. Saturday- same scenario, except only 2 of us. Waited behind the 1 car for 7 minutes, they finally get to order, so I pull up. Get told to look at the menu(by a male voice) and they'll be with me in a minute. 4 more minutes go by, a female voice now tells me they'll be right with me. There's 2 cars in the parking lot.
