Went on Fathers Day with my sons. Ordered the fried oysters appetizer special and the Trainwreck Burger. Both my sons ordered Blue cheese Chicken Wrap (Unsure of what its called on the menu) The oysters came in and they were literally raw. Putrid fishy tasting raw!! The breading was raw. When the waitress was finally back around to the table from pulling her Houdini act i had her get me more and also drinks for everyone at the table because she was gone that long. 30 minutes long. There were 10 people there max . She returns 10 minutes later with more oysters but no drinks so she is off again. I take a bite and spit it into a napkin. Rotten fishy tasting and just vile. She returns and brings our Entress. My Burger was disgusting. The signature burger Trainwreck fit the description. It had a dry flaccid pickle on the side. Stale old homemade soggy chips on my plate . The cheese on my burger tasted funky and so did the meat. Funky like they found a dead deer on the side of the road that was bloated in the sun for a week and ground it up then threw it on my plate. A one bite wonder. As in you take one bite and wonder how sick your going to get for swallowing that. I look over and my sons are using napkins to scrape the blue cheese off the insides of their mouths from the wraps they had. I reach over and sample it. Yeah definitely spoiled. If you enjoy having the Hershey Squirts this the place to be. First time there...
Read moreMy lovely bride Betty and I had the pleasure of dining at the Station Grille this evening. Our server Megan was a delight. She took excellent care of us. Megan was efficient in taking our orders, bringing our beverages, and delivering our food. She checked on us numerous times to make sure we were happy with our meal. Betty and I shared a 12 oz Sirloin Steak with grilled onions this evening, and I added some fried mushrooms to satisfy my taste buds further. After our meal, Megan quickly checked us out and presented me with my receipt. After we left the restaurant, Betty and I noticed a gentleman outside grilling steaks. We asked him if he grilled all the steaks this evening. After confirming he did, I gave him high praise for one of the best steaks I have ever eaten. The steak was so tender; I cut it with a fork. It contained no gristle, was the perfect steak, and was at a fabulous cost. Paul was the person who grilled our steak. Betty shot a photo of Paul with the restaurant signage in the background. I would highly recommend the Station Grille. We live in Myrtle Beach, SC, where there are over 1500 restaurants. I have yet to find one that has steaks that compare to the one I had tonight. Thank you, Paul, for the best steak...

Diane had a sampler platter with potato skins, fried mushrooms and chicken tenders. Potato skins were tasty but slightly undercooked. The fried mushrooms were crispy and flavorful. The chicken tenders were crunchy outside and tender inside but were almost the size of a full chicken breast instead of strips, which was just fine. I had the special of pan seared herb chicken with white wine sauce, baked potato and salad. The chicken was tender and juicy. The wine sauce need a kick of flavor but was fine. The potato was, once again, undercooked. Just barely edible but I ate it all. The salad was good. Overall, it was a good meal done in a homemade style. Nothing fancy but enjoyable. Overall, recommended two...
