Pizza and prices are great. Customer service and phone etiquette needs work. If you feel the need to talk about someone, next time mute your phone!!! If I am telling you please make sure such and such is correct because last time I got the wrong thing, do not ignore the person and move on to your next question. I absolutely love the food and the people who work there are always accommodating. The only reason I gave four stars is the fact that they are not open Monday and Tuesdays. There have been so many times I've gone to place and order and forgot they were closed and had to get Paradise by the Slice instead. I realize they cannot be open seven days a week but it is the worst when you're craving their wings and pizza and have to settle with something else or worse yet actually cook dinner. The food IS amazing but the kids working there have been less than happy to serve me. I know not all places have online menus, but last time I stopped in I asked if they had a menu, to bring to other people, to promote THEIR business, I was quickly said 'no we dont have anymore' and she turned and walked awy. They are lucky their food is good because I do get sick of the teenagers attitudes sometimes.. Maybe a manager should just reinforce to be a little more pleasant.
