Carol and Saleen are WONDERFUL PEOPLE ❤️ ♥️ 💖 I ate at dinner time with a close friend. After w ate I cleaned the table for the next person. My friend took my left overs which I was only to eat half of my meal which tells you a order. 4 piece with side orders is alot of food and I couldn't finish it all..... so my friend moved my left orders to another another table while I cleaned the tabl for the next person ....its just the way I was raised.... I thought my friend picked up my bag and placed in my car...... grrrrrr..... I am a older and disabled person.. so I walk out side to my car and my friend. Is at my car waiting for me to click my alarm and it will opened the car door to get in..... whew long story I know ...but hang in there..... I go drop my friend a few miles away and as he getting out the car I thanked for getting my to go food and placing it in my car !!! He then said he didn't take it and put in the car..... I then drove back to the restaurant to see if it was still there.....unfortunately it was gone !!! I then shared with the gentleman at the front order desk what ha happened and I did tell him it was my fault for leaving there !+++he said wait here a moment as he waked over to the manager and shared with her what happened...... then a gal named Saleen said "WHAT WS IN THE TO GO BAG THAT WAS LEFT ON THE TABLE " I explained what was left. THIS ASSOCIATE SALEEN Was making a meal exactly the way I had left. She asked what Kind of tortillas did I order when fst arrived.... I told her. Flour tortillas .... THEN SHE HANDED ME A FRESH MEAL WITH ALL THE SIDES AND SALSAS..... MY GOD I DID TELL THE THAT IT WAS MY FAULT FOR LEAVING IT BEHIND.... SALEEN THEN SAID TO ME " ITS OK WEGOT YOU HERE AT OUR RESTAURANT !!!! WOW I WAS SURPRISED WITH WHAT SHE SAID. ALL THE PEOPLE THAT WORK HERE ARE VERY NICE AND THEY GO OVER AND BEYOND FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. I HAVEN'T ATE AT VERY MANY SIT AND DINE IN RESTAURANTS ONLY BECAUSE I HAVEN'T HAD MUCH MONEY AT THE TIME.... I am going through a divorce and I was diagnosed with a disability at age 48.... I'm doing g better now and this is the first time going to Dine in restaurant..... I say all that to say..... THIS RESTAURANT TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS GREAT,GREAT, GREAT.... Read moreI said before that I would never go to this location again, and now I remember why. Tonight while placing my order at the drive-thru the cashier obviously got an attitude and cut me off while placing my order (I guess the order was too long). Once we get to the window she tells us the Dr. Pepper machine is broke, so she takes it off the order. Then a minute later hands me a Dr. Pepper because they just fixed the machine. I tasted the Dr. Pepper and it did not taste right so I ask for my money back. A supervisor comes and says that they do not give refunds, but I reiterated that the cashier already took it off the receipt, and the machine is obviously not fixed. She then states that the carbonation levels of each site is different and she can't refund my money. Once she realized that I was not leaving she gave me my money back along with the refund policy to prove her point, but she obviously does not know their policy which states: Original receipt is required for any refund. No Refunds will be allowed after 14 days from original purchase (either cash or credit). Last but not least, the receipt is unreadable so you are unable to do the online survey. Read moreThank you Leslie for providing quality service and professionalism. She called me back about the missing bacon in the Cobb salad and made it right for me. I wish she was managing the restaurant and there more than Caroline. The night manager that is a man is always up on his game as well. When that man and Leslie is there my food is always correct. When I've had to come back or call in about my food not right Caroline is always the manager on duty. The restaurant is poorly managed when Caroline is there. Again thank you Leslie for your time and consideration. I miss the tall guy that's super ripped up meaning the gym his body. He usually cut the chicken I like the way he cut the pieces. I don't see him anymore people study others and as regular customers see who actually care and push the food out correctly..... I wish they send the bacon for the Cobb salad that salad would be the bomb. I love Chik Filthy A Cobb salad it has bacon people love bacon on a lot of different things.
