Papa Romano's Pizza & Mr. Pita — Restaurant in West Bloomfield Township

Papa Romanos West Bloomfield OnPoint. Five stars all the way. we used to order from from them for our office parties and birthday parties. We stopped ordering a couple of years ago. Food It changed it was not the same. We had a seminar and had ordered from a place in Novi for catering. We received a call from the place we were getting catered from saying that they could not deliver they have No power. Wow. We had catering for 55 people and had no idea what we were going to do. Call Papa Romanos west Bloomfield four hours before we needed it. I spoke to the owner Jacob and told him our problem. He said not a problem. He asked what we wanted and we said we didn’t care we have to have food for the people. Jacob showed up with his mother a half an hour early and set it all up for us. Pitas platters ,submarine platter ,mostaccioli ,3 different kinds of salads ,Bambino bread ,pizzas, three flavor chicken wings, vegetable trays ,fruit trays and dessert. asked him how much the bill was and he said he did not know And to call him tomorrow. I expected a hefty bill. Called him the next day and said what do we owe you and he said he had not worked out the bill. Would call me back. He called back two days later And said $885. Which was half the price of the other place and much better. I said are you sure he said thats Papa Romanos price. Wow just wow. He said he was in the new owner and things have changed at the west Bloomfield location. He hopes he’s earned our business. I said absolutely. We will be calling him regularly for our seminars. Also I have been driving 70 miles out of my way to pick up pizza from there and it’s amazing. He drops off menus and coupons and people take them in order from there. since then we have given him another order for 85 people and it was just as good as the first one. this time we gave him a week heads up. thank you Jacob and Papa Romanos...

Ordered a pizza and salad combo for my hubby and son. Had my son follow me to the restaurant to pick up up as I had another errand to run. As I was paying, my son walked into the restaurant to get the food but had also asked the cashier if they had a garbage can to throw away a cup. The cashier told him if the cup had sugar in it he could not throw the cup away in the restaurant as it would cause flies and that he needed to walk all the way down the complex to find a trash which my son did do without hesitation. It was when my son walked out the door to go to said trash can that the cashier stated, he's so weird!!" Just randomly walked in and asked to throw something away. I had to stop her from continuing to comment and explained that he was my son. She stated I should have told her and I explained that it shouldn't have mattered. She tried to clean it up but at this point..i cancelled the 2nd order that I had placed just one minute before all of the above transpired. Treat ppl with kindness and keep your negative unnecessary comments to yourself. Don't talk about other potential customers to another customer. It is not appreciated. I will never go back to this location. And clean up that front area where the trash can is located before I call the health department. It was all types of dust & debris in the area where the...

CROOKS, CROOKS, CROOKS DON'T ORDER FROM HERE. I placed an online order on May 27th. My order was supposed to be ready 45 minutes later. When my son went to pick up the order, the guy behind the counter who looked like he had been asleep told my son he just got the order. He told my son it would be another 30 minutes and that if he didn't want to wait, he'd cancel the order.

My son told him to cancel the order. The order was never cancelled and I've called three times, getting the run around each time. My husband went there in person and they told him the refund should take a couple of days. Still nothing.

Save your money and go somewhere else. These people have no values and morals and God only knows how they handle their food.

The guy making the pizzas wasn't even wearing gloves. There are lots of pizza places in West Bloomfield. Save yourself...
