THE WORST CHINESE FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD! Do not waste your time or money, eating the dirt outside your house would be better.

The customer service was the worst I've experienced in a while. When one of my items was missing I called to request the item and was told that I was wrong. Which was only the beginning of the Buffett of disappointment they served me.

The fried rice was actually white rice with soy sauce and 5 whole peas. The chicken was so over cooked I repackaged it and sold it as jerky. The white rice tasted as if it was microwaved before they handed it to me. The crab meat ragoons were chewy and the chow mein was the worst of it all. THE CHOW MEIN WAS NOT CHOW MEIN!! It was a sad soup of boiled pork and stringy veggies, with literally no noodles Which they had the nerve to tell me that is the way Chow mein is made everywhere, here's a hint, it's not.

I lived in Asia for many years and American "Chinese Food" is only served in the USA! If you go to China and ask for General TSO Chicken they will just look at you and wonder what you are talking about. Now to the important stuff. I really enjoy eating at China Inn Restaurant. They always remember that I like cold water and diet coke and bring both at the same time. I love the General TSO Chicken here but recently they had to change the way they prepare the sauce presently it is took hot! To their great credit when I mentioned the change they informed that I could also order my favorite General TSO Chicken with a mild sauce. Good Point. They really care about their customers and try very hard. The wait staff have been there for quite a while and are friendly fast also funny! I highly recommend the China Inn! My co-worker and I were in the area from out of town for business and we ordered takeout. Neat place but the staff (older lady...the young one was nice) was rude and hawk eyed me as I filled in her tip/signed and rushed me out the door. It was very uncomfortable..I hear the food's great but I wouldn't know because she didn't give us silverware, napkins or include a single packet of soy sauce. Kinda hard to eat rice with your fingers. I'm not use to being treated this way at my Chinese restaurants near home. I wonder how she acts when they actually have customers inside?? Let's hope the foods better then that woman's...
