Excellent customer service. So generous and kind. My husband and I needed a lug nut key to unlock the lug nuts on our tires so we could get the tires changed at Walmart and the gentleman allowed us to borrow the one that fit rather then spending $200 for a whole set that we didn't need. I left out one star because of all the confusion involved. One counter man said he couldn't sell me the parts without more info. So 3 days later went there with accurate info, but Harvey said he didn't need it, it's in the book. He then goes to the shelf and grabs the oil I need. One quart of synthetic oil was already opened and without a seal, it spilled...

Wanted to buy 2 new boss plows, after a rigmarole on the phone, I was told they would be a lot more expensive to get me what I requested (stainless).
