West Branch Dairy Queen — Restaurant in West Branch

This is one of the best Dairy Queens I have been to. They are very fast and I have never had a problem. The staff are always very friendly and service is top notch. No matter how long the line is their service is the fastest I've seen. That's why I've mentioned it twice. Easy location in downtown West Branch and it has a nice sitting area out back under a pavilion that has always been clean when I've been there. I've been coming here for many years and moved up near West Branch permanently 3 years ago. There is always consistency with making my favorite Blizzard, the Reese's Extreme. Always a good amount of Piece's and Peanut Butter Cups and just the right amount of Peanut butter. I love the pork sandwich as well. The workers are very thorough with details and very quick service. If I'm the only one in line, I'm in and out within a minute. If the drive-thru line is backed up to the street (appx 6-7 cars), I'm usually in and out within 7-10 minutes, which is logical and...

Waited probably 30-45 mins in line due to last minute school shopping rush at the outlets. They made our order wrong... mind you we spend upwards of $40. Had to wait in line again at LEAST 30 mins because they weren't open inside. They would NOT give us anything for the inconvenience! We asked for a $3.50 cent desert and they refused. Contacted corporate and the owner there STILL refused to do anything. I have NEVER, EVER had that issue. Usually we are given a free meal or something without even asking for it!
