I got lucky when I stopped here today... and had Scott show me just what customer service is all about. The battery in my Jeep was going bad 1 hour Into my 3 hour drive home from up north... after testing the battery and ruling out a bad alternator, Scott even offered to help me swap out the battery noticing I had just had ACL knee replacement 3 weeks ago. He was a great help, and is certainly a great asset to the community and to your company. I will go out of my way to use your company...

Polite enough, but if they want to keep their customer base, they should probably work to keep their locals happy. He listened and told me that they couldn’t do anything without a receipt or a box. My bad I guess. In the past, local guys remembering you and wanting your business was enough. I’m $80 and they have a bad review here.. Autozone is just cheaper...

Despite me not knowing that my battery was under the back seat! He was off work at 530p just as I pulled up and he stayed to help me. That meant alot! I'll be a customer for life....
