Stopped by the drive through to get dinner. Placed our order, payed, and pulled around to wait. Upon receiving our food it was noticed that it was wrong. I went inside and brought it up to their attention and was told no problem that we could keep the wrong product and if I could step aside they would remake the order. As I waited I was approached by an employee saying that they would have to charge for the change but would receive a discounted price. Asking what that would be the person could not give me a price. I asked for the manager and a young man stepped forward. He explained what the cost would be, basically full price. I asked about returning the mistaken item for a reduced cost in which he disagreed. I explained that the mistake was due to his employee in which he replied that it didn't matter. He identified himself as the owner and asked whether I wanted the item or not. I asked again about some kind of a discount which he responded no. I then asked him if it made a difference to him that this would be the last meal that I would ever buy and his reply was I really don't care. That's when I left. My wife and I have eaten here before and never received service like this. Yes the food was good but not what we ordered. I hate to think that the young man that I spoke with was the owner and cared more about the cost of a food item of less than $10.00 than the customers correct order or his never purchasing...

Huge shout out to Jeffrey at the West Carrollton Culver’s!
From the moment we sat down, Jeffrey’s aura was everything. I actually called him over just to compliment him on his energy — it was that contagious. He radiates kindness and compassion, and honestly, it’s rare to come across someone who genuinely lights up a space just by being themselves.
We had a small issue during our visit, and not only did Jeffrey handle it with complete grace, but he went above and beyond to make it right without making it a big deal. That in itself was impressive, but then he stayed. He sat and talked with us — not just as a staff member, but as a person. We chatted about life, about positivity, about the little things that matter. Later, when we were picking up our ice cream, we saw him again, and he made sure we were still good and offered to bring us whatever we needed.
My daughter and I are forever grateful for that interaction. It wasn’t just great customer service — it was a human connection. That’s something you don’t forget.
If you visit this Culver’s, do yourself a favor and ask for Jeffrey. Say hi. Thank him. Trust me, you’ll leave feeling better than when you came in.
Thank you, Jeffrey. You really made an impact on us — more than you probably...
Read moreMy second time to try this Culver's and my second bad experience. After waiting in the drive thru pick-up line for over 20 minutes, I asked the person delivering to the cars about my order and was told that "it will be out". A few minutes later a second person asked if I ordered a crispy chicken, I answered "no" and asked about my specific order number and was told, "it will be out". I was asked again a few minutes later if I ordered a crispy chicken and I asked about my order number and when she told me, "it will be out" I decided to go inside. When I went inside, I asked to speak to the manager. A man said, "will the owner do"? I explained that I had now been waiting over thirty minutes and had not gotten my food. He made an inquiry with an employee and checked the display and told me it had been brought out to me. I told him I had not received my order and he told me he would need to verify that I hadn't received it. At that point, I asked for a refund, which after another five minutes I did receive. No apology from the owner, no give us another try. When I left the parking lot, I had been there for just short of...
