Had to pee quickly! The cleanest restroom in Cincinnati! Left it like I met it🥰 Lolz I was so impressed I had to do this review…star nice n very helpful…I appreciate u guys!…. So I’m here again…16th of December 2021…lemonade liked good…I asked to try to see what it tasted like…they happily obliged me! Lemonade should easily b the best I ever had no 🧢! I’m just glad to have a clean place like this with such decent staff to go to for pickups…I honestly appreciate u guys❤️❤️❤️

Me and my partner both agreed that at 6:20 on may 17th was the worst penn station we have ever eaten. Both our sandwiches tasted awful. This location is usually amazing. Whatever cook working at that time, needs to be re trained.

The lemonade had a slightly putrid taste, so I asked the manager, little short guy with the beard, to taste the lemonade. I was promptly dismissed. Got my fries and it was a medium size handful of crumbs. This is the second time I received bad service at this location. I can take a hint, little guy.

Order the chicken teriyaki and what it comes with... asked for no teriyaki tho... they put teriyaki on it anyways..and they didn't even put on its toppings that comes on it listed on the menu in its description. Since I was eating in...I asked them to remake... the next time they STILL got it wrong! Really??? Not only that my husband's sandwich wasn't supposed to have any sauce... they STILL put sauce all over it. This is theeee worst crew. The cash register guy ans the first cook couldn't get anything correct. Like why???? What we ordered wasn't even on the receipt correctly so thus why cook was wrong...but he was the one helping take our order...made no sense...we repeated ourselves numerous times bc they kept asking what was that... ok well ya asked us 500 times... so between the two why would the order be wrong... and then to screw up a sent back sandwich again... I...

This place was actually a lot nicer inside than i was expecting. It was really well kempt and clean. Normally I hate it when I see reviews that say how "clean" a place is; it always sounds so rehearsed. This place really was nice. The food was the real appeal. The fries were so good! They are cut and cooked right on the spot. I love real fresh made fries. They were so fresh and crisp. They were probably some of the best fries I've had. I got the reuben and it was made on the spot. It was served up hot and melty. My boyfriend got the pizza sub with added Italian sausage. It was also hot and delicious! This is one of the best sub places I'd ever been to. I'll definitely be going back here! I'd highly...

Long time customer and as always they get it done better than most. I've said it before about this store. Attention to details. Food is always made correctly, Hot and good. They get it and get it right. Glad I don't live far from them. When I go to a friend's they always ask to stop at that store and bring them their order. Then I drive past three other PS's to bring it to them. They prefer this store even with the drive I make. But I go ready with a hot pack in a cooler works great. Wish I could eat it more! Great Job...
