This place is about ridiculous. One time out of the past four it was actually a pleasant experience. The other three, WOW!!! 1 of 3 - Order 8 pc dinner for us FOUR. Got home and there's 7 pcs. Called and the manager was a smart* and told me to come by another day and pick up my one piece of chicken. Well, as you can guess, that didnt go over well with me. I was so angry that I didnt eat 2 of 3 - Placed order on APP. Went to pick order up and they informed me they were closed. I said, but I had a internet order for 7pm and its not even 7pm yet. The person on the speaker said "Doesn't matter, we are closed" Really. Called customer service in order to get a refund for the food I paid for but didnt get. I got the refund and thats it. Was expecting something, I mean really 3 of 3 - Tonight I ordered 8pc Original Recipe meal online. My wife got there to pick it up and they said all they have is crispy. Of course I didnt know this at the time, until she got back from picking it up. I really dont care for crispy and was totally in the mood for Original Recipe Chicken.
I'm done. This company apparently hires anybody thats breathing and has totally inadequate customer service. This day and time, many places could care less if you come back or not. Well, KFC just got there wish...
Read moreThis place was a joke there was seven people standing around doing nothing nobody was in the Drive-Thru I walked into dine in and it took at least 3 minutes for someone to wait on me after they waited on me there were no spoons I had to ask the janitor to go get me a spoon from behind the counter after she yelled some girl's name to bring her one and she said she didn't hear it these places have all changed there's no customer service anymore everybody's playing around on their phone nobody knows how to socialize or deal face to face with customers nor that they want to it's all about taking care of someone who orders food over a speaker and drives up to the window or somebody that places their order online and walks in and picks it up and leaves the entire time I was dining in no one was at the counter and another customer came in to get his food and had to stand around waiting for someone to wait on him what a joke What a Sad pathetic world that parents have brought up these woke children in and it's just a joke these kids have a terrible pathetic future ahead of them with no socialization skills whatsoever this...
Read moreOrdered take out online and screen said it would take a while then gave a time and said to park in a mobile order spot. On arrival at that time the one mobile order spot was taken by an employee smoking with her open door extending into the spot next to her car. The parking lot was otherwise empty. Inside it seemed they had not even started my order. After waiting an additional 10 minutes and overhearing commotion (including the words "I did my double check and it's missing xxx") I received my large bag of food confident it had been double checked. Arrived home 15 minutes later and was missing ordered fries. Called and was told I could come back for the fries (really??? 30 minutes to get my $3.29 fries). I asked to credit my card and they couldn't do it but said I could have a credit on file at the store. Not a viable remedy so I will have my credit card company do the arguing. There was a sign - Certified Training Restaurant - on the wall. Nobody here has been trained in anything customer related.
