Ive been to almost every pho place in Cincinnati, iPho, Pho kimmy and Pho96. This is not the preferred pho place. Came during lunch time and they had two people working. All the empty tables had used dishes. I had to inform them to clean up so people could sit down. Worste of all the time between ordering and getting our food was 1 hr and 30 minutes. Im not exagerating it literally took 1.5 hrs to get our pho. When I asked the kid waiting on tables why its taking so long. He laughed and said "I dont know...". The spicy pho was watered down and everyone that got pho at my table said they only got a little meat with their pho. It looked like they tried to stretch what they had in the kitchen. Honestly it was a very poor experience . My lunch took 2hrs as I had to wait so long and quickly rushed to eat and get back to work. I would recommend Pho kimmy over Pho 96. They have the personelle and the proffesionalism to get the food out and not stretch the ingredients. I can not recommend Pho96. It felt like a bootleg...
Read moreI think it was pretty pricey at $14 for our regular phở gà (chicken soup), but it was still very good. There was a bit more Cardamon or cloves...I know they are different but I couldn't figure out which was a bit too much for me. Granted, I know each family or place will spice it to what they like and that's 100% okay. It was great that they have bánh mì and bubble tea there too!!! Not every Vietnamese place sells phở and bánh mì. I was sad that they were out of boba, so no boba teas for us. However, my daughter loved her mango smoothie and I loved my mango & passion fruit smoothie. Everyone there was so nice. The food didn't take too long to come out. There wasn't a lot of white people, which I like and it says something about the restaurant. We are white, and we didn't feel out of place and it was very easy to order. I will be...
Read moreWow! Some of the Best Pho we have enjoyed in the last 1/2 year! Great flavor and some of the most aromatic pho that we have had! Large portions. We ordered 2 of the #12, large. Salad rolls were some of the best and freshest we have eaten. They included sliced beef in them. The peanut sauce was delicious and they gave us a very generous amount. My first impression if Vietnamese restaurants is usually what type of sauces they offer. Was very pleased with the "basic" offering of every table!
The Resturant had a nice atmosphere. Quiet and relaxing music. The only negative were the bathroom floors were not as clean as they should have been. They are cafeteria-style ordering with table delivery, so I felt that the strong TIP suggestions on the payment felt a little much.
We will certainly make this our go-to...
