First time ever to visit Twin Dragon buffet, but was surprised how there were so many cool food options in this area. We arrived just after they opened on a Friday, several workers scrambling bringing steam tray after steam tray of food. I remember being a little surprised how full the trays were.
Ok, this is buffet style food, so of course not everything is going to be the flavor I like, but the point is that at a buffet there are going to be multiple flavors. I usually will settle on a couple of my favorites and enjoy my day (I mean, when ordering a la carte I would only get one dish). But holy cow (holy dragon?)! So many options. All my plates of food (I had 3 or 4) I only had a little of a few items, and I still didn't try everything. And the items I hadn't seen on a lunch buffet, very nice. Two different chicken wings, one with more buffalo flavor? Sure. Fried sweet bananas, yes please. The most spicy options on a buffet add I've seen, and still the classics like sweet and sour chicken, general tso's, etc. Sesame honey chicken and honey chicken were standouts for me, as were coconut shrimp and Mongolian beef. Good options for younger eaters, as I saw the pizza and a beef pasta (elbow macaroni with ground beef, sauce, and lots of cheese, how can one go wrong). Lots of fresh fruit options, though I admit I never got to them. Hibachi grill was available and active. And, this place filled up more and more during a weekday lunch... This place is no hidden gem, lol. When checking out I learned they are about to celebrate 20 years. This is a hopping area with lots of food options, to survive and thrive 20 years means something here
The place was busy, but our service was great, with our glasses never going empty and the dirty plates disappearing briskly. I hope to return a couple more times before we move to another region. My picky firstborn said the silverware was the cleanest she'd seen at a restaurant in the last year (who has time to look at silverware, hahaha!)
It is a buffet, and I already like those, but the quality was the best I've seen in a long time, maybe ever. Give it a shot, I pretty much guarantee there will be something for everyone in your group.
I know, no pictures... What can I say? I ate my way through...
Read moreThis was one of the most uncomfortable dining experiences I’ve ever had. As soon as we walked in, things felt off. One of the staff members made an awkward and confusing comment about “forking,” which made us uncomfortable right away.
While waiting for our food, we had a direct view into the kitchen and were shocked to see them dumping what looked like a huge amount of grease into the fried rice. It looked extremely unhealthy and careless.
Even more disturbing—while we were eating, we heard what sounded like yelling or even screaming coming from the back area. It was very unsettling. We left quickly and didn’t even finish our food.
Not to mention we witnessed 2 people with disabilities get actively stared at and judged just for being disabled. They were being followed around the whole buffet while they were limping to get chow. When one of the disabled customers accidentally dropped a plate one of the workers got very angry with them and started cursing them out in whatever foreign language they speak?
This place doesn’t feel like a safe or honest establishment, and frankly, I wouldn’t be surprised if something shady is going on behind the scenes. I won’t be returning and don’t recommend it to anyone.
P.S. While I am writing this the workers are actively staring at me and watching our table.
P.S.P.S I was in the bathroom and saw a man puking a ton in the garbage and asked if he was okay. He responded with just clearing room for more, with a big smile. This...
Read moreI visited this location on Thursday night for dinner, and I was genuinely impressed with the overall experience, especially the cleanliness. The first thing I noticed was the restroom — it was very clean and well-maintained. There was even a sign mentioning that the manager checks the restroom every hour, and if customers notice anything, they’re encouraged to report it to the front desk. That level of attention to hygiene really stood out.
As for the food, there were a lot of options! They have a hibachi station, coconut shrimp, a variety of chicken dishes including pepper chicken, and much more. I mainly tried the chicken, shrimp, and fish dishes — everything was delicious. For those who enjoy beef or other meats, there’s still plenty more to explore. They also have sushi, which was a nice bonus.
They offer a welcome drink — I chose Pepsi — and their dessert section is impressive too, with plenty of options including ice cream.
All of this is available for just $15.99, which I found to be very affordable considering the variety and quality of food, cleanliness, and service.
A special shoutout to Daniel, who was working that evening. He was amazing — always moving, cleaning, clearing plates, and ensuring everything looked spotless. His dedication to keeping the place clean and welcoming really made a difference.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely...
