Orders food at stall.... waited at least 15 minutes.. fries were cold and chicken sandwich was very hard and dry.. one bite was taken from sandwich. Well pulled into the drive thru line and and asked if food could be remade.. and told window attendant we would pull to the side because we could see they were busy. After waiting over 30 minutes with no one coming to our car I tried calling. No answer.. so we pulled back into the drive thru and was told by window attendant "my manager said we dont replace food or give refunds and the food you gave back was eaten" we then asked to speak with the manager John, who told us "the food was fresh when we gave it to you and it was half eaten. I spoke with my general manager and was told no refunds" I asked why weren't told they didnt replace food when I handed him the cold/dry food.... John's reply was it was the window attendants first day. Not my problem!!he then threw his hands up and walked away from the window. I then called corporate and waited in the parking lot till I ended my conversation with corporate. The police were called and we were asked to leave since it was private property... so I left with no food and no refund... worst fast food experience of my life!! Horrible...

The other customer checked the order and returned it to the employee that gave it to them. He then brought it to my car and handed the order to me and I told him that I would prefer that they remake the order since he gave it to the wrong person and the food was inside the other car. The employee basically said they didnāt open all the food so I should just take the order even after I objected. I took the food and threw it away and went and got dinner from another restaurant. I donāt understand how he took the food to the wrong car since the order was done online and I checked in at parking stall I was parked in which was number 2 right in front of the door. I attempted to call the manager on duty but no one answered the phone at the restaurant. In this time of the virus worries and the fact that the home the food was going to had three at risk residents I find the restaurantās attitude unforgivable. I would not let a dog eat anything...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLunch time. Pulled up behind a gentleman at the intercom. We sat there for about 10 mins with no communication from employees. Decided to follow him to service window. He was then greeted by someone and I could hear a little about them being low staffed because the lady that worked there was yelling. He ordered food and was left. I pulled up. The lady with glasses and no teeth threw her hands up in there and said can I help you very angry. I said yea the intercom wasn't responding and I'd like to oder food. She said well it ain't working because we only have 2 employees we didn't have time. I'm like okay makes sense. Then she threw her hands up again and said WHAT DO YOU WANT, mind you she was yelling at me the whole time. I said I'm out, have a great day. I eat Sonic 3 times a week in different areas because I travel for work. Never experienced anything like this. This lady is absolute TRASH and needs to be FIRED immediately before it becomes a liability to your corporation. Dont say I...
